Terrible! keep away
When the ad says it's air conditioned it should be air conditioned! not some 1980's terrible pre-historic A/C that doesn't work and does not cool the room. The receptionist and the manager of the place [the latter rude, fake smiling, unsympathetic and not really caring] do not understand that a traveler on holiday does not want to wake up in the middle of the night because the room is a sauna and complain to the receptionist - even if he is given an alternative. The service i would expect in this kind of situation is simply called owning up to your job and responsibility as a manager and the advertisement on Hotels.com, and compensating or completely reimbursing the customer. We had a terrible experience on the last night of our trip to Mallorca and all that occured on the night before our flight back, we hardly got any sleep and woke up like zombies. In all my years of traveling that was a first. There is nothing wrong with advertising a hotel without A/C or at least install ceiling fans or just have regular cooling fans ready if a room is too hot and the terrible A/C system is not working. All in all - totally unprofessional service, amateur and unsympathetic response from the manager, i would not recommend it to anyone! Still waiting on that refund....

It's fine.
You get what you pay for. It's completely fine, if a little basic. The shower is decent and reception are friendly. The location is great. I've stayed here a couple of times because it is very close to where a friend lives.
