The hotel is in a quiet residential area, walkable distance to the Palma city center and lots of restaurants bars as well as shops. The rooms are super clean and comfortable. The staff is fluent in both Spanish and English. We were visiting from NYC, and had rented a car which would require parking. The hotel is in the old town area where non residential cars were restricted, and when asked the hotel staff gave me a very detailed explanation of where to park my car and they helped me obtain a temporary pass as well as discounted parking rates.

the staff cleaned my room but didn't re-supply the coffee so I had to go downstaris and bring some for the morning. not a bid deal but I had already changed to my PJ and ready for bed when I noticed I had no coffee for the morning..

What a Five Star All Star Hall of Fame Team. We were served by Natalia, Jennifer & Toni twice!! Though we did not work with Elena & Paula but we’re advised by Toni they’re skill set is equal. First impression a perfect ten. We have stayed at over 10 hotels on our trip & within 5 minutes my wife said this was her favorite! Well designed and modern. Had everything she required from hand & body lotion to a Magnifying Mirror. Exceptional clean and perfect location. If you can’t sleep you can get a glass of wine or beer at 3:30 in the morning. There is a reason they have great reviews. Now we know!

The location of this hotel was PERFECT! 5 minutes walking to the cathedral right in old town. The breakfast was not great. And not everything was included. All the "good" breakfast items were at an additional cost. Also, we had a standard room and added our daughter to the room not realizing how small the room is - there was basically no room to move around. But the room was very modern and beautiful.
