Great location, 2 minute walk to the beach and bars. The Room was modern and clean. Staff is superfriendly always available to help and with a smile. The buffet is diverse and with quality food. I didn't like the fruit juices machine, it would be better to invest in fresh fruit juices machine.

Amazing staff that will really make you feel at home with outstanding customer service. This hotel has a great way of running its buffet’s so definitely if you stay here make sure you go all inclusive as youll save money and enjoy the great meals they serve for breakfast, lunch and dinner which was on the house. Live music every night so you can enjoy dancing and meeting new people. 100/100 Thank you guys and thanks to Carla and her team for looking after us. Gracias!!

It worthed every single Euro to stay at Riu Bravo.
This is an oasis in the middle of a busy area. Super clean and well-organised. And the variety of food available for breakfast and dinner is great. All staffs are very cordial, competent and do their best to provide a good experience to the guests - my special thanks to Miguel and Luiz at the restaurant, they went beyond when my family asked for something. I've rented a car and drove to other beaches as I didn't like Palma's vibe for a family trip (too many bachelor/ette party groups). Although there isn't dedicated parking at the hotel, I had no difficulty finding spots to park on the streets nearby. I strongly recommend this hotel.

The hotel itself is excellent. Close to the airport, a short walk away from the beach, the buffet restaurant for breakfast and dinner is very good and offers a variety of choices. We did one of the à la carte restaurants one night, and that was good too. Rooms are very nice and service is great too. My only concern was that the hotel is right on the middle of “Germany”. We had no idea that that area of Palma de Mallorca is mostly owned and inhabited by Germans. Most restaurants and stores are run by Germans, you hear more people speaking German than Spanish. They can get very loud and noisy. There were lots of young people there to party, on the beach and on hotel grounds. Some would even yell in the hotel hallways at 3am and bang on doors to wake everyone up. As quiet Canadians, we stuck out like sore thumbs in the crowd. If we had known this in advance, we probably would have gone to another area on the island. I have nothing negative to say about the hotel, it’s just where it’s situated that we were not crazy about.

The hotel was very nice, buffets had lots to choose from. There’s a bus at the airport that takes you within a couple of blocks from the beach. The hotel is 2 blocks off the beach which was great because the beach front is very busy and noisy!
