Everything about this hotel was 100%. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. The amenities were excellent, and the location couldn’t have been better—right by the beach and surrounded by fantastic restaurants. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to others.

This hotel was perfect In every way. Close to beach and bars and restaurants but far away enough from noise . Extremely clean ( Thankyou to the lady that maintains room 409. ) you do a superb job :-) Hotel reception is very inviting and friendly. Great amenities - pool , pool towel provided. Water. Gymn, spa also available . Thankyou all for a superb stay here. Would highly recommend

We had a lovely stay here in April. Shame the snack van was not open, but it was still lovely. The lady behind the bar is so lovely! She works so hard. We stayed on the 11th floor and the view was amazing. Breakfast is incredible!

Nice hotel and the breakfast wad good. Everyone very helpful. Unfortunately, you can hear everything through the walls in the rooms, so if you are a poor sleeper, then maybe you should at least wear some earplugs.

Great location, walking distance to beach, buses, airport is 9 min away (drive) restaurants are great and a lot quieter than the ones right next to airport and on the motorway. Indoor and outdoor swimming bool both great and warm, maybe breakfast may need some spicing up cant complain for price included in hotel but rest was all great

The outdoor pool was freezing cold and the front desk female staff members were very unfriendly. Upon checking in they seemed offended when I pointed out our VIP status with Expedia and acted like they didn’t know what it meant. Their “laundry facilities” consisted of 1 small washer and 1 dryer which were dirty and inconvenient. The bar and breakfast staff were very kind and the location was good, close to the beach and bus. Overall we were disappointed with this property and would not stay here again or recommend.

We were a group of 16 people. The Staff was very friendly and the check-in and check-out was very easy. We could listen quietly to some music at the pool. The breakfast buffet was plenty and delicious. It was a very nice stay and I would recommend it.

Overall it was great 8 night stay. Hotel is less than ten minutes away from the airport, which was nice. Rooms are on the small side, but super clean and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Pool area is not overly busy and pretty quiet, which I appreciated. There is a food truck and bar by the pool, as well. If the beach is your preference, it's only a five minute walk. I was also appreciative with the staff's support in printing off documents when my passport went missing - took a little bit of the stress off. Overall - I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again if I'm back in Mallorca.

Excellent Hotel for the Money

Clean, comfortable and attractive, with friendly staff and reasonably good steam-table buffet food with some variety from day-to-day. Good location, suitable cycling facilities in the basement and small indoor and outdoor pools. Convenient to the 25 bus to Palma and to the A-2 bus to the airport. Good value for the money and nothing negative to report.
