"Overall, I had a pleasant stay and I would recommend this hotel, especially for a relaxing beach holiday. The location has both pros and cons. It’s only a short walk from the beach (which is fantastic!) but the area is very touristy and can get quite crowded. Please note it’s a bit far from the city centre, although public transport makes it easy to get there. The hotel was very clean throughout my stay and my room has been cleaned everyday. The only small issue was that the balcony wasn’t swept or cleaned during my visit. The room was compact but perfectly convenient for a solo traveller. One downside was the soundproofing: there was a noticeable gap between the door and the frame, so noise from the corridor could easily be heard. I was quite surprised because the description said soundproofed whereas it is not. I would recommend upper floors since there is less circulation. The food was decent overall. Breakfast could have had better flavour and quality, but the dinners were enjoyable and offered a large variety. The highlight of my stay was definitely the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions or requests. Overall, I left with a positive impression. While there are a few areas that could be improved, the excellent staff, cleanliness, and proximity to the beach made for an enjoyable stay. Thank you!"

"Great stay however, rooms are dated and the bathrooms really need attention. Lovely views from the room. Outside of hotel could do with a lick of paint and just general tidy up of skirting boards and flooring inside. Pool was lovely but could do with a few more sun-beds on busier days. Drinks at bar were good and reasonable. The food options for lunch were expensive and not any choices for light lunch or snack. The breakfast continental side was good but the food options were awful. The Bacon was under cooked, sausages looked odd and the baked beans tasteless. A positive lovely part of the stay was receiving a lovely birthday surprise of cava and cake in the room as we was away for are Birthday. The hotel had good potential and hopefully over time it will get some updates."

"Loved this room, the staff, the early check in they gifted me, and the huge private balcony. Only thing was the floors were dirty (TONS of dust). They need to mop better and get all the crevices."

"Bear in mind this is a 5 star hotel and not cheap. PROs The hotel is very clean. Pool area is great,always beds & loungers available Air con great Comfortable beds Rooms cleaned daily cleaners lovely. SPA is ok but very small. CONs TV constantly freezes on live channels so couldn’t watch the World Cup. Don’t expect any food after 21:00 or room service for a 5 star hotel it’s not ideal after your evening stroll. Hotel has nothing in the evening it is super quiet around 21:00. Food is ok, dont order the nachos they are honking. We wanted to add one of our children to the booking last minute, we had a double sofa bed spare in our room. We was advised that we would have to purchase another room at a cost of 2.5k which is bonkers.They treat children 12 or over as adults and expect them to stay alone in a separate room. The area around the hotel is like clubland for Germans, so be aware if you’re around the hotel it’s rough as,if you like the smell of sick and beer then the streets around the hotel are for you."

"Room was kept immaculate. Cleaning staff were so friendly also! Clean towels and bed linen every day! The whole hotel was so clean. The food was lovely, massive selection and all really fresh and tasty. Good selection of drinks. Couldn’t really fault much at all. We had a lovely stay."

"Ma chambre et salle de bain étaient très grandes. Les déjeuners sont bons et assez complets. L’hôtel est très bien située, à environ 15 minutes de marches des restaurants ou endroits que je voulais visiter. J’ai bien aimé mon expérience à cette hôtel."

"Es un hotel muy bonito, cerca de la playa, la comida es muy variada, nos ofrecieron después del check out continuar usando las instalaciones del hotel con duchas de cortesía sin ningún costo, las habitaciones son confortables. Lo volvería a elegir, tiene muy cerca Mercadona y restaurantes."
