Service was kind & professional, Room was clean & tidy. Breakfast was okay, nothing special, yet nothing to complain about. Only downside were much noise at night, ...but hey it's Arenal ;)

Would not recommend

Stay away from this place. The whole hotel needs an upgrade. The shower head was wobbly and kept in place by a single screw. The bathroom was so small that I had to sit sideways on the toilet. My arms kept hitting the wall when I was showering because the place was so small. The sink and the floor were not washed any of the days. I had to mop the floor myself using paper. There was also a weird smell in the bathroom. The breakfast was served in their sister-hotel 200m down the street. The buffet was OK at most. The isolation was horrid. You could hear doors slamming shut at all times of the day. The day I first arrived, a guy was drunk-sleeping in the lobby. All in all, the place was shabby and I would not go there again. Plus for being close to the beach and for the good air-condition though.

Ho soggiornato qui per 8 giorni in una camera doppia e vorrei farei complimenti alla simpatia del proprietario e al personale super gentile, disponibile e sempre pronto al servizio. La camera anche se di dimensioni un po’ contenute aveva tutto il necessario per poter fare le proprie cose con comodità. Le cose che sicuramente più ho apprezzato sono state: il terrazzo con vista sul mare, il letto molto comodo, la colazione con un buffet molto vasto e il rooftop da cui ci si poteva gustare un drink godendosi il panorama del mare e del quartiere.

Nicht empfehlenswert!

War noch nie in einem so kleinen Zimmer für einen relativ stattlichen Preis, neben dem Bett konnte man sich kaum bewegen, Never again!Wir sind nach 11Uhr abends angekommen und hatten nur für eine Nacht gebucht, sonst hätte ich reklamiert!

Nightmare hotel

Plus proche de Zoo que de l'hôtel. Arrivée à 2h du matin pour une nuit d'escale rapide. Clientèle alcoolisée faisant " la fête" dans la chambre à côté jusqu'à 5h du matin. Nuit indescriptible dans son horreur. Passivité du personnel face à des comportements dépassant largement les limites de l'acceptable.

Gut für den einfachen Ballermannurlauber. Man hat nicht viel, das Hotel ist alt und sehr Hellhörig. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer gerade bei der Ankunft war auch nicht super, da im Bad noch Haare waren. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wenn man sich dessen entledigt hat, hat man aber alles was man braucht, ein Bett und ist fussläufig in 10 Minuten am MegaPark und 20 Minuten am Deutschen Eck. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strand sind in 1-2 Minuten zu erreichen.

Die Klospülung läuft durchgehend. Nicht nur in meinem Zimmer - ich habe mich mit anderen Gästen ausgetauscht. Dusche stinkt nach Abfluss und wechselt im Sekundentakt zwischen heiß und kalt. Komplettes Hotel ist verdammt hellhörig und die Zimmertüren können wohl nur laut zugemacht werden. Für das Geld war der Aufenthalt eine Schande.

Bei wünschen sind Mitarbeiter ansprechbar und freundlich, manche Zimmer sind etwas alt und riechen feucht. Uns fehlen etwas um Handtücher etc. aufzuhängen. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker
