"Beautiful views, lots of space inside and outside. Large sundeck with plenty of seating. Some beds were a little softer than expected. The place had most everything you will need. Host was very quick to respond to our questions and very flexible with our requsts. Just a nice quiet getaway spot to relax."

"This house was perfect for our USAFA parents weekend stay. It was clean and had all of the essentials that we needed. Communication with the property owner was easy and timely. We loved that we could easily walk to the local Palmer Lake restaurants. Highly recommend!"

"The house has a great view over Palmer Lake. It was fun to wake up early, walk around the lake and sit to drink coffee on the oversized deck. The bedrooms were accurately described, and the dining/living room was comfortable to relax in. It does not have A/C, so it was a little hot during the day, but it cooled down at night. Would stay again. Would suggest to add real beds instead of the pullout sofas for future guests, the rooms are more than big enough for a queen beds."
