"We went to see my in laws. Our stay was fantastic despite Covid shut Dien’s. The hotel was clean, well maintained. The hosts were fantastic! "

"We stayed in room 404 and found the master bedroom bed comfy but my daughter found the twin bed she used uncomfortable. Also the kitchen didn’t have a wine opener or salt and pepper. They had wine glasses some pot and pans and dishes for more than two people but only two chairs for the table even though the the table is large enough for 4 people to sit at it! They also had no directions for using the tv unit. "

"The property is a VBRO not a hotel like we thought, so no room service or supplies like coffee or TP. While at the pool someone stoled our Oakley sunglasses. So watch your stuff and bring your coffee our room only had a keurig pot. Luckily Wal Mart is close."

"It's right on the beach and had a gorgeous view of the ocean! They didnt have any bathroom things like soaps and such. Its a b&b type of thing or timeshare property so all the things you need in the kitchen are there. Kinda wish they had some coffee for the coffeemaker though. It's a bit outdated, looks wise but it did the job for a weekend stay."

"It had two master bedrooms with king size bed. the spare master bedroom has a small kitchen with microwave, mini refrigerator,, sink and countertop, and a table and two chairs. and a private balcony and a private entry door. Very nice! However, the two spare bathrooms had mold on the shower curtains. They need to change those out. The patio grill is dirty and has black grease all on the inside and outside. Not suitable for grilling food. Gross!!"

"A nice resort in a quiet area. Cleanliness was acceptable. Good accessibility to local attractions and water sports. Since this is a condo, don't expect the same level of onsite service as a hotel as front desk hours are quite limited. Sofa bed was not usable and when we requested a replacement, front desk recommended we purchase an air mattress from Walmart (we requested and expected three usable beds when we made the reservation and were only provided with two)."

"I was very upset that you check in 14 minutes away from the location. Went to the desk and they told us to go across the street knowing that we had to go 14 minutes away to check in first to get a code.... Very frustrating after driving 9 hrs with a baby in the car and having everyone sit in the car while we ran around and had to make 3 calls for the security dept on the front door to be told to go to a different address to check in when the lady at the desk knew that"

"We rented a beautiful 3 bedroom condo in Tower 1, overlooking the beach. The condo itself and the resort amenities were exactly what we were looking for, and exceeded expectations."

"The only problem I had was lack of storage for our clothes and lack of hanging space for wet swimsuits. The place was clean and beds were decent. Right across the street from beach access was very nice for my morning beach walks! "

"Elevators can’t possibly have passed inspection, found roaches outside the room door (hallway) and on the walk up into hotel/pool area. The dishes in the room we’re very poor quality expected way more For over 400 a night "

"The home was very roomy and close to lots of activities. The pool was clean but cold which was expected for early April. We wish there had been some lounge chairs by the pool for sunning. The hosts provide lots of towels and linens to use which were very clean. There were a few areas which could have been a bit cleaner such as some sticky spots on walls and cupboards. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it."
