Our experience was very bad two of our kids which are 10 and 11 years old spit off the balcony one time which is not something that should have been done but instead of coming let the adults know what was going on we were abruptly told we had 30min to remove all of our belongings and leave the property without any warnings or discussions on what had happened and with no refunds so yes this will be the one and last time i do any rental with this property management.John
