Save yourself the stress!
This is the absolute worst place I have ever stayed at in Florida. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with extremely unhelpful staff who gave us zero instruction on where to go to get to the room. Getting your luggage to your room is hell in the heat. You have to park in a parking garage use the elevator if it works it kept going out. Then from there you have to take another elevator which takes forever because they are constantly full to go to your room. The room was good just didn’t have much to cook with at all. The kiddie pool was the best part my two year old loved it. The other pools were packed. Security was probably the worst part very unhelpful and RUDE!! They make you pay for a parking pass and give wrist bands but harass you at the gate anyway when you pull in. I even had them chase me down and scream at me for not stopping even though I showed them my pass and band. The staff at the restaurants were also unpleasant. Parking was terrible even though you pay for parking it gets full and you have to park in over flow a mile away. I will never stay here again. Absolute worst experience!
