  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Easy Beach Access

We loved how easy it was to get to the beach! Great views. There is a pool at this building but is not a bad walk to the large pool. I like that there is a gym and restaurant on site too.

Girls trip

Loved the DJ at the pool and the Karaoke poolside. While the condo was drab and the sleeper sofa needs to be replaced, the overall property was clean and safe. We had a blast and found great places to dine.

The roomy condo was a bonus but with the beach that close we were on the deck or beach as much as possible. In the evening plenty of fun places for food, fun and music near by.

November getaway

A beautiful location! The Edgewater property is quite nice. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tubs. The view from our balcony is lovely and the balcony chairs are really comfortable and allow one to see over the railing. The unit was reasonably well appointed and comfortable. We liked the sectional sofa.The bed is in need of replacement.

First October Beach Experience

Beach was wonderful and clean! Water temp still warm enough to get in ocean. Condo was well equipped with everything we needed. No issues with booking, communication or getting into the condo. Beautiful views and we especially loved the panoramic views of the beach through bedroom and living room! We will recommend this place to friends and family! Thanks for a lovely stay.

Great little getaway!

Clean and had everything we needed! Loved the updates and walk-in shower. Balcony was nice with big chairs. Furniture was comfortable and kitchen was nicely laid out. Bed was comfortable and loved having a secondary bathroom. Communication was quick and friendly. Easy access to beach. Parking was a breeze. 5⭐️’s all the way!

Loved this condo !!

We have stayed at the EDGEWATER for nearly 30 years ...always at the Tower 1 bldg. We were shocked by how much more we enjoyed the Leeward bldg !!!! 20 short steps from the elevator and you are in the sand !!!! And the view from inside the condo ...or on the balcony .. you are RIGHT THERE to the beauty of the ocean !! Best vacation in all the years we've been there !!! 🌴☺️

It was clean and well maintained. I can’t think of anything that I would consider a problem. The kitchen is pretty well stocked. It lacked enough full-size forks, but that’s the worse I can come up with. I did bring my crock pot and there was not one there. We had an issue with a toilet seat which was promptly taken care of when I emailed them. I would absolutely stay in this unit again and would recommend it. It was perfect for a couple and was roomy enough when we had 2 visitors for 5 days.We really enjoyed the balcony.This unit is very centrally located to many great restaurants and stores.

This facility has so many amenities, you don’t have to leave if you don’t want to. This room is located in the Leeward building, giving you access to all amenities on the Edgewater property, but without the large crowds. Very short, easy walk to the beach from the building. Master bedroom and living room has gorgeous views of the ocean. Property seemed to be well-maintained as staff was outside constantly cleaning sidewalks and parking lot. We did not encounter any issues with appliances or anything during our stay. Everything worked properly and made our stay feel as if we were in our own home at the beach. We would definitely stay here again, as we loved the location, multiple pools, ease of walk to the beach, and variety of nearby stores and restaurants.

There were no beach towel, but there were plenty of others. I would highly recommend staying here!SMALL SUGGESTIONS:1. The condo is a bit dark, more or brighter lighting would help. 2. The condo needs a deeper clean. Under beds, consoles, and bedside tables was dusty and there was some trash. Also, there was some dust accumulating on the bedroom wall.Overall, a great relaxing stay. I will definitely be looking up the condo for future stays! Thank you so much for a wonderful and stress free time!

Complex and restaurant, amazing. Condo, not very clean and AC went out. The bed wasn’t comfortable.
