PARKING FOR 2 VEHICLES MAXIMUM per reservation. $20 per vehicle, per stay. If you need parking for additional cars, you must contact a rental agent prior to arrival at Seven days prior to your check-in date, you will receive your Virtual Rental Agreement and Check-In Information request, which will provide instructions to register your vehicle(s). You will receive your gate code and Welcome Information on the day of your arrival.

- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.

Great location, beautiful view and nice furnishings. Only minor complaint was one of the two bathrooms was not thoroughly cleaned, however the rest of the unit was spotless. I would no doubt stay here again!

Great condo!

Beautiful property

I was overwhelmed with how nice this unit was. Clean and well maintained. There were plenty of supplies for my entire stay. Aqua is a gorgeous complex with fantastic amenities. It is near Pier Park, so I had just a quick walk to a great shopping area. The beach is wonderful. The sunsets were breathtaking.

Great stay

The property was great . Room was just as pictured. Was very clean with exception of the railing outside. There was only one extra garbage bag. And I didn’t find and extra rolls of toilet paper. Had to buy some. Other than that it was great. Would highly recommend.

Centrally located to many things and if this is your first visit to the area it is close to Pier Park with lots of shopping. The beach chair service is a huge bonus staying here. Don’t have anything really negative to say except checkout is pretty early but we don’t mind due to a long drive back to Texas.

The only issues I had was the light switches were pretty confusing on what they went to and some of the lamps didn’t work. Also, when trying to cleanup mid week there wasn’t very many supplies to work it. Would’ve been nice to sweep the sand up after swimming. The condo had plenty of cups, dishwater and nice appliances!If you’re looking for a peaceful place I’d recommend a place further down the coast we were right next to shuckums and they have karaoke and seemed to be a “party” place so I didn’t really care for that and there was a lot of traffic. However the condos were insulated very well I didn’t hear a peep from the other surrounding rooms! The parking situation was strange because you have to get a parking paper to leave in windshield otherwise resort will leave warning on your car. I don’t believe that was communicated with me when booking. It said you had to buy one but not that I had to print it out.

The room was clean and beautiful. The view on the balcony was breathtaking. The bedrooms and living room provided all the space needed for gathering and sleeping and the kitchen was amazing for prepping and eating together. Access to the beach was easy and my son LOVED the pools. We definitely will return hopefully once a year to this exact same room!

Overall this was a great condo and we would definitely stay here again! The room is great with an amazing balcony view of the ocean. The balcony lounge chairs were great for an evening nap or morning coffee. The only two complaints was that 1. the comforter in the main bedroom did not seem to be clean, but this was quickly remedied by the property owner and he was very fast to respond, and 2. The codes we were sent for the outside gates and pool access were not the right codes, so we couldn’t explore the property until the owner got back with us the next morning. But again, we would stay here again as everything else was perfect.
