Welcome to The Shores of Panama Unit 111 - Newly Renovated, Privately Owned, 1st Floor Condo with one of the best parking spots at the resort. No waiting on elevators or weaving through the parking garage. Sleeps 6 with 2 full bathrooms. Gorgeous views of the 10,000 Sqft. lagoon pool and the Gulf. Walk out the front door and be at the pool or the beach within seconds. The pool deck has a Tiki Bar and walk-up food shack. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook or make your favorite cocktail. Free WiFi and cable TV.

The Master bedroom has a King size bed, a full bath, closet and a 40" TV. The Family room has plenty of seating with a full-size couch, loveseat, bar stools and a 42" TV. The bunk room has twin bunk beds, closet and a full bath attached.

The famous Pineapple Willy's is next door within walking distance along with several other restaurants, grocery stores and any other convenience you could need.

We are confident that you will enjoy our little piece of paradise as much as we do!!!

In order to enjoy all the amenities the Shores of Panama has to offer, there is a one-time $90 resort fee collected by the concierge upon arrival. This provides you with all the required bracelets that give you full access to the resort along with your parking pass that ensures you and only you can take advantage of your very own premier parking space.

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay in this awesome condo! Brad and Alexandra were excellent hosts! They were so quick and helpful to respond to questions. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was smooth. The unit was exactly as described. It was very clean and well maintained. I loved the pretty beach themed decor throughout. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with useful appliances, dishes and cookware. We LOVED not having stairs or an elevator to deal with on the bottom floor...as well as having a reserved parking spot about 20ft from the front door. Looking out of the sliding glass doors at the beautifully landscaped pool area and seeing the sugar white sand was magnificent! We loved that we could walk to Pineapple Willy's and that WalMart was so close. We will definitely stay again!! Planning our next trip now!

Great stay!

The condo was clean and perfect for our family of 4. The owner was easy to communicate with and checked on us during our stay. No elevator needed and perfect location to the pool. Best parking spot too! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Shores of panama condo

Me and my family spent a week at the condo,per our arrival the hosting party was 100% accommodating to our early arrival and cleanliness of the condo was what we expected.The accessibility was outstanding as it sits first floor right on the pool,couldnt ask for anything better especially if you have kids.Very close drive or walk to all activities shopping,dinning,beach fun ect...already setting up for next sping season stay.You will not be disappointed with your stay at this condo.

Beautiful Condo!

The location of this condo made our trip 1000 times more enjoyable, you can walk out your door a be steps away from the indoor pool, your parking space, the outdoor pool and beach. The owners were so sweet and contacted us prior to arrival to answer any questions we had, even let us check in early. Everything was just perfect we will definitely book this property again next year!

We loved the resort- the ease to the beach, the owners were very nice! Wish the resort had a place to keep your luggage if you didn’t have to leave so early! We would go back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit. The host was incredible with communication with all information we needed for our stay. The convenience of the parking space that comes with the unit and the location of the condo were absolutely amazing! We will definitely book this unit for any future stays in PCB.

Beauty all around

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The cleanliness, location, and decor were greatly appreciated. Easy to interact with hosts. This place reminds me of Mexico. I would definitely stay in this condo again and highly recommend it. The staff at the resort is also very friendly and helpful. Can't say enough good about our stay. Thanks for a great experience!

Great spring break vacations!

Amazing condo! My daughter and her friends stayed here for spring break and they loved the location of the place, along with being on the first floor and having easy access to the beach. The condo was very spacious and clean and perfect for up to 6 people. The condo owners are also extremely nice and helpful, always there if you need them for anything. They had such a great time and are definitely interested in coming back.

Pretty much perfect

This was pretty much the perfect location. Close enough to the pool so we could hand things over the rail to each other. Located on the adult side of the pool which was great for us. Parking was great. Unit was pristine. Owners were very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back! A must stay!

Short family getaway

The resort was in a great proximity to all the things we wanted to do. The condo was on the ground floor which was great for us, because we had small children. Also, this property comes with a reserved spot that is seconds from the entrance. We never had to use the elevator. The property was clean & nice. The owner was very helpful & accommodated all our needs in a timely manner. He was one of the best hosts I’ve ever had! We plan to stay again!

The Perfect Spot

Ground level so no trips and down an elevator and being on the ground level getting to the beach in just a couple minutes. Parking spot is the best of the whole resort. Room was spacious and clean with all necessities our family needed for our stay. Communication with the owners was spectacular and they go the distance to make sure their property is as good as it should be. Our goal for our next stay is to get the same room as there isn’t anything that’s going to top this one with ease of access which makes a family trip with small children much easier. We truly enjoyed this place and look forward to staying there again

The absolute best condo at Shores of Panama!

I have been coming to stay at shores of Panama for many years and this condo was by far the best one I have ever stayed at. This is a first floor condo with a parking spot you can’t beat! The interior of this condo is very well maintained and decorated. The WiFi, air conditioning, and water pressure is absolutely top tier. Completely tiled for easy cleanup! The couches were so comfortable and clean it felt like my own at home. The pool access is steps away so no need for stairs or the elevator! The owner maintained excellent communication the entire time. I highly recommend this condo!

Panama City Beach - Panama Shores

The condo was wonderful! The owner was so accommodating and answered any questions we had right away along with making sure things were fine. He checked in with us to see how things were. I loved being on the first floor and not having to wait for an elevator. We had the best parking spot in the whole complex! The parking attendants were great and very helpful. The complex was centrally located and within walking distance of a few restaurants. The beach was beautiful white sand. We plan to come back next year!

Wonderful!

We loved our stay before we ever arrived. We had last minute change of plans due to an event being moved for one of our children. The owners were so understanding and worked with us on making the necessary changes and refunding us for two days we would not be there. We had a minor mishap at the beginning, but again, the owner was amazing and problem Ed solved the matter immediately. We were not inconvenienced in any way and appreciated all that the did to ensure we had a good experience. We can't wait to come back! The condo was clean and had everything we needed to cook meals, do laundry and relax comfortably! Thank you again to our gracious hosts!

Location Location Location!!

The condo is on the first floor with an amazing view of the pool. We have a teenager so being able to give her "space" while keeping an eye on her from the condo was great. The kitchen was set up so I could cook for my family. The kitchen had everything I needed to make home-cooked meals. I loved that there was a washer and dryer in the unit, with an infant washing clothes is a necessary evil. During our stay here it wasn't a burden to do the laundry. The condo was clean and well taken care of and nicely decorated. It was a little cooler than expected but being right across from the indoor pool/hot tub, to soak and swim, was a nice benefit. The access to the beach and local restaurants was great and a nice benefit especially since everything was within walking distance. Take the advice from the owner and go to Walmart early or late because it is very busy. The reserved parking spot was fabulous! It was located right across from the lobby entrance which made loading and unloading so simple. We didn't have to look in the parking garage for a spot which was nice. The owners were very attentive and accommodating even calling us on our way down to let us know we could check in early if we liked. All in all the condo is a great place and a great stay. We will book this condo the next time we come to PCB.

Amazing room!

Shores of Panama is one of my favorite places to stay and this room was beyond amazing! Very clean and spacious. We loved being on the first floor and that our parking spot was right out the door. Brad is absolutely amazing! I would highly recommend booking your vacation with him.
