Fully remodeled for the 2023 Season! Nothing overlooked, this property is absolutely beautiful!

BOTH BEDROOMS GULF FRONT!

Our vacation rental sleeps 9 in beds, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, 2 queen size beds in the second bedroom a twin over full bunkbed in the hallway nook. Living room has a cable TV. Both bedrooms also have cable TVs.

The dining table seats 6, and is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar. The kitchen includes all stainless steel major appliances including microwave and dishwasher, also included dishes, cutlery, etc. and a Washer/Dryer in the utility area.

Long Beach is located on sugar white beaches in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort is gated with 24 hour on site security. It is near family entertainment, golf, restaurants, shopping, and more. From your balcony you will enjoy an extraordinary oceanfront view with breathtaking sunsets, accessible from the living area and both bedrooms (see floor plan below).

Lounge and swim at any of our three pools with hot tubs, including a 6500 square foot lagoon pool with island water falls. There is also an on-site rental facility for jet-ski and para-sail activities.

Parking fee is $20.00+tax, per stay, per vehicle, which is included in the reservation. At least one guest must be 25 years old to rent this property.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Absolutely Gorgeous Veiws

Such a great place and so relaxing. The condo is perfect, the views are breathtaking. Just be sure to take beach towels and depending on the time of year some beach chairs. Communication with the manager was great! Very clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen had everything needed!

Great Condo

Probably the nicest condo we have stayed at in PCB. Pictures are very accurate and condo was very clean and nice. Only hiccup was the last day, the rental agency text that someone was coming to inspect the sliding glass door and that someone from their company would be with them. When we returned to the room, the door was completely unlocked. Thankfully everything was still there, but when I text the rental company back to let them know this, they never acknowledged or responded to me about letting them know it was left unlocked. Otherwise, great property.

Beautiful Beachfront Stay

This property is perfect. Elevators were easily accessible, ten steps off elevator and you are in. Decor is beautiful. Very clean property. One item I wish was included was beach towels. Just nice not to bring or buy. We sat on balcony a lot. This is one of the shortest walks to the beach and they keep beach very clean. You can rent chairs and umbrella directly in front of beach access. Pool was clean and you can sit while a perfect view of beach. Gym was closed which was inconvenient as I had surgery and was rehabbing knee. I will definitely rent this property again.

The best week!

Our week in PCB was perfect. We loved everything about this condo. It was beautiful, clean, comfortable beds, amazing showers! Location was perfect. I was chaperoning a senior trip of girls and they loved how they could walk to Pineapple Willy’s every day. Would highly recommend this condo to anyone. Absolutely perfect!!

Stunning Views!

Beautiful, updated condo that looks just like the photos. We loved our time there. The floor to ceiling windows make the view available from everywhere. Really liked being able to open the bedroom door to the balcony and let the sea air inside. Also enjoyed the chairs on the balcony for laying in the sunshine. Awesome place!!!

Gorgeous Condo

This condo was absolutely perfect. Amazing gulf views from every room. It was decorated beautiful and extremely clean. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. This was our first time staying in this condo and we loved everything about it. We love Long Beach Resort for the convenience of parking and also getting to the beach. The weather wasn’t the best but having a gorgeous condo to stay in made up for it. We will definitely stay in this condo again!

Relaxing stay

The condo was beautiful. Very nicely decorated and comfortable furniture. It was clean and had a breathtaking view of the ocean. The balcony was spacious for all of us to enjoy. We had a problem with the king bed and it was fixed quickly. We would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing views!!!!!

This was our first time staying in a 2 bedroom, and it was wonderful! Floor to ceiling windows overlooking the beach in the living room and both bedrooms; absolutely fantastic! I've never had a balcony with a full size table and 6 chairs, as well as two gliding chairs; very nice. Bathrooms were very up to date, and it was great having double sinks in both. Very easy access to the elevator. I hope I get to stay in this unit again!

We really enjoyed this condo!! It was very clean and the 8th floor was perfect for gazing at the beach on the balcony. It had everything we needed, we didnt cook much but did see that the kitchen was well stocked with silverware and cooking items. Nicely updated and very well kept!!! We will definitely remember this one for future vacations!! Thanks so much!!!!

Cleaning need to be improved!

Overall i really like but must improve with cleaning. To be clean in special for a family with children it is a must. The rugs in bathrooms was dirty with hair and floor also was dirty. The bathtub curtain was molded and in the master bedroom the curtain was broken.

Almost absolutely perfect!

This is a wonderful property! As a family of 5, we enjoyed all the sleeping options. The bunk bed space was fun and all beds were surprisingly comfortable for a rental. There were plenty of pillows and extra bedding/blankets. All rooms have nice flatscreen tvs, however they are not smart tvs so you might need to plan ahead and bring roku/firestick/appletv. The kitchen was well stocked with great cutlery, knives, skillets- all great quality. We enjoyed both spacious dining areas. There is a coffee maker, blender, but no crockpot. We chose this rental to accommodate someone with a bad back. Having a recliner was a must. Sadly, this recliner is uneven, which you can't tell from the pictures, so if are in need of a recliner-take note. Both bathrooms seem to be recently renovated. They are spacious, nice and have great showerheads. Hairdryer in both/only one worked. The dryer does tend to need to run twice to get everything completely dry. The only thing keeping this rental from being absolutely perfect is the lack of beach chairs/toys/boogie boards, and the lack of streaming capabilities. The rental comes with access to two of the blue lounge chairs on the beach, however those are picked up at 4. Long beach is a great location in itself! Every bedroom and main room has breathtaking floor to ceiling views of the beach. There is a heated pool between towers 3-4. Families with small kids-don't book during spring break. Overall-we are already planning to come back to this unit!

Reviewer Comments: We love Long Beach resort for the central location, pools, beach access, and it’s close by some of our favorite restaurants and attractions...Firefly, Angelo’s, Runaway Island, The seascreamer. The condo is furnished very well with nice furnishings and a well equipped kitchen. We had an issue with the balcony door not shutting due to a damaged track but finally got it shut. But we had to leave it shut the whole time we were there for fear of not being able to shut it again. We had to go on the balcony through the bedroom doors. I called management and they sent someone out the next day but I was not happy that they didn’t let us know when he was coming first by text, email, or a call. We were there but not decent to come to the door and he just let himself in! Not happy about that! Also, the second bedroom is much warmer than the rest of the condo. We have stayed in this unit 2 years in a row and it’s been to warm both times. Some more comfortable balcony chairs would be a good addition. Elevators work well and were not slow. We visited in late September.
