At the Beautiful Majestic Beach Resort - TOWER 1

This large condo comfortably sleeps 12 people, with enough bathrooms to minimize congestion.

* 2 Master suites – Each with a KING size beds and on-suite bathroom.

The oceanfront master offers a Jacuzzi tub.

The 3rd bedroom has 2 QUEEN size beds and a large flat screen TV.

The 4th bedroom has twin size bunk beds with a flat screen TV.

The living room couch pulls out to a QUEEN size bed.

All bedrooms have large flat screen TVs and there are plenty of closets and dressers to unpack all of your needs, for any length of stay.

This Condo is on the 2nd floor (not too high like many units, but still with a great view of the ocean & you or your kids are never hostage to the elevator in this Condo!), a perfect height to enjoy the breathtaking sunsets, watch the dolphins, or listen to the relaxing ocean waves on the extra-large balcony, or from the living room and the master bedroom. The additional wrap around balcony also overlooks the outdoor pools and the Majestic's H20 Bar & Grill located on the pool deck!

The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances and all of your cooking needs should you choose to stay in and cook.

Every turnover provides new sheets, linens and towels. So you know you will be staying in the cleanest best kept unit!
You will be hard pressed to find a newly remodeled 4 bedroom unit with all of these resort amenities anywhere else on Panama City Beach, and this unit is going to book up quickly!

The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Best place for spring break!

Great place to stay with family

Great condo at a great location. Very clean. The 2nd floor location is right by the stairs that goes to the pools and beach. Super convenient. Will be staying here again

Great location

The location of this property was perfect. Easy walks to shopping and restaurants, so no need to get the car out. Loved being on the 2nd floor close to stairs so no waiting on the busy elevators. Layout of the condo was great and had a nice big table for fun card games.

We really enjoyed our time at the Majestic! Have stayed at many different condos in PCB, but we collectively agree that our stay this year was the best! Condo was great! Spacious with room for everyone! The property itself was immaculate & obviously very well maintained. Pools were clean with plenty of lounge chairs.

Beautiful

The property was beautiful. The price was amazing. The only thing I would complain about is the beds that the ocean view room bed and the back room 2 queen beds need updated, and the back room I would personally add more warming decorations. I would still stay here again though as the location of the condo was amazing and well worth it. The owners were very helpful and willing to help us with the things we asked.

Everything was great.

My family of 8 stayed here. Everyone from grandparents to infants had something to keep them entertained. The response time from any property management for any problems we encountered was fantastic. We stayed from Saturday to Saturday. It was overall a great time. Cant beat the view of the beach.

PCB Family Vacation

The condo was just as described. It worked well for our family of 10. Being on the 2nd floor was amazing - didn't have to wait on elevators. The condo could use some more kitchen towels, potholders and hangers. Other than that, it had everything we needed for our week's stay at the ocean. We enjoyed our stay at the Majestic.

It was ok.

It was great location and plenty of room. It did have a few issues, the dishwasher never worked, some of the cabinets were falling off the hinges and the amount of cookware was not enough for the amount of people that were there. But overall we made it work and enjoyed our stay.

Hands down best part of this rental was location! Right off frontage road, steps from the beach, 2nd floor made for easy access not having to wait for elevators. central to everything outside of the resort. The pictures definitely scream luxury but reality inside could use some work. floors were real dirty. our feet were black if we walked barefoot. We found dirty bedding on beds. dishwasher and washer and dryer did not work well. while we barely spent anytime physically in the condo if you are someone who does you might want to consider these things. Lots of security on property which is good they made sure everyone had wrist bands so make sure you have those.

Great location

We had to sweep the floor when we arrived. The coffee pot still had a filter and old coffee in it. Location was great for getting to the pool and beach. The elevators where a wait so we used the stairs. The cleanliness of the condo had something to be desired, Cabinets in all rooms showed their age. Dryer lint area needs a good cleaning and the gasket on the door was falling off. Nothing against the condo itself but the cleaning service and kitchen supplies need improvement.

The property needs major sttention. I called the first day because a chair that was broken almost broke one of my kids skulls since it was completely broken.. all the kitchen cabinets feel like they are about to fall off and the thermafoil on the cabinets was flaking off several places. The washer and more specifically the dryer was rusted on the inside. Their were several rysted out chairs that could be hazardous. The second master mastress was so lumpy that my 95pound daughter in law to be said her back killed her every night. Master mattress was better. The Adirondack chairs were great snd loved those and liked being right by the pool. The walk to parking garage was forever. The other positive is the icemaker on the fridge was amazing. Oh, yeah the pits were basically not usable and there was no can opener. (Even handheld) that was bs!. I staid here last year with yall at a different place and the difference was night and day. We were all disappointed as we loved the place last year. Unfortunately, it had already been booked.

Amazing getaway

We stayed in this condo for the month of February. It’s a beautiful spacious condo on the second floor overlooking the ocean. Huge balcony with great views and confortable chairs. Loved looking through the palm trees. Saw dolphins from the balcony. And the sunsets are spectacular. Loved the ability to take the stairs to go down to the beach, pool, hot tubs . Never had to wait for the elevators. Not that there was ever is a long wait in February. Our condo was very well equipped. We do cook while we’re there but it had 1 pot and the frying pans were ruined. I messaged and within a day or 2 we had a whole new set of pot and pans. Quite satisfied with everything. Had issues with the dishwasher and they came to fix it almost right away. The start up supplies were plentiful. Also plenty of towels and dishes. Three bathrooms is a real bonus. The resort itself is great. Their heated indoor pools are pretty awesome. My only complaint would be about the bar accross the street. It was quite loud till the wee hours of the morning . Was an issue mainly for the 3rd bedroom with the 2 queens. Not much could be about that. We’ve been going to Panama City for the month of February for 10 years and have stayed in different resorts. This has been the best one so far. I’d go back there again for sure.

Beach getaway

This condo was just what we were looking for. We had 9 guests with ages 5-40s. I’ll address some of the issues I’ve seen in previous reviews to help put your worries at ease. Parking is far and the garage is across the street from from the condo, but there are luggage carts available and a catwalk over the road at the 3rd floor unloading area. It smelled clean as we walked in. The beds/pillows were all comfortable. Ease of access to the beach was great being on the 2nd floor near the stairs, bar, pools and of course the beach! The balcony had sturdy high quality patio furniture. There are some palm trees that obstruct some view, but there is plenty of beach to see despite that. It got windy on the balcony and I’m guessing it would’ve been worse if the trees weren't there. There were sharp knives available, wine opener, and a can opener in the kitchen, along with one dish rag and one dish towel. The coffee machine takes cone shaped filters, but also has reusable filter if preferred. The dishwasher worked fine but was difficult to close as it doesn’t seem installed properly. The cabinets were all on their hinges, though some paint peeling noted. The pots/pans were not great quality but got the job done. There were 9 plates and 4-5 bowls, so bring disposable or your own if you need more than that. Plenty of glasses and coffee mugs. We had plenty of bath towels and wash cloths for everyone. The condo got sandy as expected, but there was a broom and a vacuum if needed.
