This studio features a queen bed, 4 beach chairs, and a washer/dryer on the same floor. (next door) It is a great choice for a getaway or a vacation. Enjoy listening to local artists perform outside your window, kitchen area has a commercial sink, Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave and a stainless steel refrigerator. Relax with two sofas, after a fun day at the beach and listen to your personal playlist on an LG soundbar or ask ALEXA to play your favorite music... Get ready to experience all the evening activities at the Peddler's Pavillion (outside your window) or just enjoy the local communities by walking or biking.
Take the free shuttle down to the beach (in season) and spend your days in the sand. Soak up the sun while you wade in the warm, salty water of the Gulf of Mexico. When you are not at the beach, enjoy going for a swim in the two community pools(wade pool for the kids or reading a book) heated pool and large hot tub. Village of South Walton is within walking distance of many fantastic restaurants and exciting shopping boutiques. Spend the afternoon shopping on Scenic 30A before dining on deliciously fresh seafood at one of the many incredible restaurants lining the beach. 2 grills located at the pool and enjoy the view of the bright blue water. Enjoy Helen State Park at Inlet Beach. Paddle Board, Kayak and much more...
Our condo provides you with 4 beach chairs!, 9 beach towels and 2 umbrellas. We also provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: ICE (located at Seacrest Sundries or the Pavillion), paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, and coffee K cup pods.

If getting there is half the fun, then Crabby Steve’s is bound to be a blast. Tucked away, right on the beach, behind High Pointe Resort (across the street from condo) in Seacrest Beach, Florida, this is a lesser-known treasure of beach cuisine with something for almost everyone.
Crabby Steve’s is an American/Seafood restaurant serving lunch and dinner, and offering a full menu of delicious food, cold libations, coastal cocktails and a view that’ll make you want to stick around long after the last bite of fish is gone. This establishment is kid-friendly, has a full bar, outside seating with a waterfront view and food that keeps even the locals coming back.
Getting to Crabby Steve’s is perhaps the only confusing part as you have to walk in on the beach, or if you’re staying at Highpoint Resort, through the resort grounds. Sorry, no driving up and dropping off at this unique coastal eatery but it’s well worth it once you’re there.
30A Radio’s Cory Davis considers Crabby Steve’s a personal favorite, and had this to say about the Seacrest Beach eatery: “The allure of Crabby Steve’s is the difficulty in getting there. If you’re staying on property, it’s easy, but if not you either have to walk a long way on the beach to get there.” Cory goes on to say the fish sandwiches are his favorite and highly recommended. Don’t take a DJ’s word for it though, check it out for yourself the next time you’re on 30A. I think you’ll be glad you did.

The greatest vacation

We had the most magical trip! Bill is a pleasure to work with. The place is spotless and well set up. The location can’t be beat - nightly concerts, many restaurants, great pool and hot tub behind the place, and beach is walkable. We can’t wait to return!

Great location

My wife and I went on a little baby moon there. It’s pretty centrally located with some good amenities. Lots of great food and shopping in walking or biking distance. The unit was nice and had all the beach equipment. It’s a great place towards the end of 30A.

Couldn’t have asked for a better location to experience all 30A has to offer. Close to lots of shops and restaurants as well as entertainment every night in the centre of the complex.

The location is excellent. We came in October lid week so it was quiet and peaceful. Everything was accessible by a nice bike ride. The condo was so cute! A must do!

Perfect location for our first visit!!

We had a great stay at this location. The area was the cutest with little shops and restaurants super close. Located right above a ice cream shop! Rent bicycles right in front of the studio, pool located right in back of the unit and a golf cart tram picks you up to take you to the beach just steps away. Had the best time!! Super close to Allys beach too!

Short Spring Break Getaway

The condo was perfect for me and my daughter/her friend to get away and enjoy all 30A has to offer. The location was perfect with easy walking to the beaches, restaurants, etc. The room was cute, clean, and had everything we needed including beach chairs! Owners were great and quick at communicating when I had a couple of questions. Would definitely recommend!

Great location and space

We loved staying at Bill’s condo. It was the perfect size for myself, my husband and our 2 boys. Plenty of storage space while we were there to keep it nice and tidy. We walked everywhere and it was very convenient to the beach, shops, eating, pool, etc. Would definitely come back! Thanks!

Amazing Getaway

Bill’s place was great. Spacious for 2, clean and well equipped with everything you’d need for your stay. Bill was even nice enough to let my pregnant wife and I check in early as our flight arrived at 9:30am. We will not only be back but we will hope to stay at Bill and Carols place again. Great value for money and the beaches were absolutely beautiful.

Great room! Wonderful location. We parked our car and didn't need it during our stay. We were within walking distance of all our needs. Our room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The owner was great to communicate with. We will be back!!

Perfect location

This was a perfect get away!! Everything just steps away. Beach access was amazing. Restaurants literally steps away. Good food, Good music, bike rental super easy and recommended. Pescado restaurant highly recommend. Walk in we’re welcome, our room was perfect over looking the 30a. Pools nice but not really clean. It needs a little more attention.

Just Perfect

I don’t want to stay anywhere else when coming to 30A. Talk about location. Just open the windows and listen to live music. So clean, up to date and loved every minute (rained quite a bit). Thank you for sharing your space!
