This beautiful condo can accommodate 8 people!

The KING SIZE MASTER SUITE with PRIVATE BATH & its personal access to the Gulf front balcony is a comfortable, private retreat with awe inspiring views, overhead & indirect lighting, quality bedding for the KING size bed, ample storage space & a flat screen television.

The SECOND BEDROOM is a spacious & serene bedroom with KING BED, ceiling fan, flat screen television & PRIVATE access to the SECOND FULL BATH.

BEDROOMS THREE AND FOUR are on the north side of the condo. They are both furnished with QUEEN BEDS, ceiling fan,, closet & private access to the third full bath.

The WASHER & DRYER are in the large storage closet, right outside the fourth bedroom.

The open KITCHEN is spacious & well-furnished to assure ease of preparation and service. The large granite bar, beautiful custom cabinets & back splash adorn the kitchen’s Coastal Living style appeal.

The LIVING ROOM is also light & airy, with the dining table, sofa, love seat & 55 Inch FLAT SCREEN TV.

Great View

The location of this property was great! Close to a lot of shopping. The jacuzzi and pool (both) were amazing. The condo itself was amazing. Very spacious and accommodating. A couple of the beds were a little uncomfortable, but still made for a great nights sleep. Will defiantly stay again.

Excellent spring break destination!

My husband and I came down for the week to stay with my son and his friends for their spring break week. The property was perfect, right on the beach and close to all the fun. We had a blast and we’ll definitely be back.

Very nice place

We had a really great experience at this 4 bedroom condo. It accommodated all 10 of us perfectly. The pool is beautiful and our view was gorgeous. Check-in is very easy and the property management worked great with us. We will be using this property again.

Spring Break

Great condo, large enough for 8 adults with plenty of room. The balcony is the best! Pool area is very small with no shade or tables. Other than terrible spring break traffic this is a great condo.

Great Balcony

First time in Panama City Beach, and found it very beautiful. Saw dolphins, a manatee, and a sea turtle from the balcony of this condo. The beach was beautiful. Condo was exactly how it was represented but needs a can opener lol. Great time was had by all.

Beautiful condo and spacious balcony

Large condo with plenty of room. Kitchen is nice and plenty of seating. Beautiful views and large balcony. Great location right by everything. Would recommend updating the bed in master suite that was very uncomfortable and one of the beds in the room closest to master suite. Ice maker does not work. Would recommend including beach chairs as part of rental we were very disappointed at the cost it would be and this was the first rental (out of 7 others) that did not include them as part of rental.

Started Out Rough

When we arrived we were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the condo. Floors were filthy... people who kicked off their shoes feet were black by the evening. Furniture was all badly stained, and the couch smelled like urine. The toliet in one of the bathrooms was not flushing properly and it was very loose from the floor. I contacted the manager and they sent someone out the next morning to scrub the floors, and the next day someone came out and steam cleaned all of the furniture. Also next day a person came in and fixed the toliet. I was impressed with the management for doing this for us. Beautiful view and sunshine, with a clean place to stay for a week salvaged the vacation.

Very nice

The condo was very nice , it was exactly what the description said it was - we were 3 hours early getting there but our room was ready , so that was great -- only problem we had was the elevators , 1 day they werent working at all -- and everyday our down button on our floor wouldnt work - we had to push up to get the elevator to stop , and unfortunately had to ride up to go down - i woukld definately stay here again

Great location

The condo was just like the pictures. We love taht area because it is easy to go in and out of the beach. The condo was clean besides the daily sand we get. We had an issue with the hot water and they came right away and fixed it. Love that we were on the 7th floor so if the elevators were taking long we could walk down. Overall great experience. Pros: just like the picture. Fast response. Corner view. Cons: elevators(out of their control) issue with water(they came and fixed it right away. They deserve a 5 stars and most likely will book again with them next year

Issues needing addressed

Condo Issues Had a great family time in PCB and the weather was perfect, even on the rainy cool days! Plenty of comfortable beds for all. Security was annoying constantly hovering when we were in the pool and/or hot tub and it was bothersome. I realize you have to be careful to prevent the general public coming in and using the facilities but I felt like this was a bit over the top. The condo without a doubt, is in need of a deep cleaning - here are a few of the issues. - [ ] Black Mold in dishwasher - [ ] Shared first bathrooms tub does not drain well and you end up standing in 4" water. - [ ] We chose to replace extreme moldy shower curtain liner in master bath - [ ] Mold on Middle Bathroom shower curtain - [ ] Mold on shared first bathroom shower curtain - [ ] Only 2 semi-sharp knives in the condo! Needs butcher type knives - [ ] No can opener to open canned foods - [ ] Cobwebs in first bedroom and dust/dirt on the upper area of walls - [ ] Blinds and windowsills are very dirty - [ ] When we arrived, the condo floors were very dirty. Obviously, they were vacuumed or swept but not mopped and our feet were immediately black. - [ ] The photos of the living room area not as pictured on the website. The couches are stained and very old.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very spacious- living room couch is not the same as photos and needs a good cleaning, along with dirty drapes. Mattresses definately need to be replaced ! one has a sinkhole you can see. We loved the loved the location and the balcony. We both have large vehicles the parking garage is the smallest i have ever seen so not jacked up trucks. My yukon xl fit but i could barely get out my doors when parked.Kitchen was well stocked, ninja blender was a plus. Overall I would rent again but noting the parking garage situation would be a plus for first timers. My husband had to park accross the road and we didnt like that. 2 elevators broke while we were there too.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this unit Summer of 2022 and decided to rebook for Summer 2024. The only complaint we had last year was that there was no door in the second bedroom bathroom for separation or privacy. This issue has been resolved and we have no complaints this year. We had a great stay, great weather, no crowds and very peaceful and relaxing 7 days on the beach. The unit has been a favorite of ours now the last 2 years and we’ve stayed in the building for the last 9 years. The only suggestion I would add would be the mattresses in the second bedroom off the kitchen and the bedroom next to the laundry room could use new mattresses and made for a few restless nights and sore mornings but overall this was an amazing stay and we plan to book again!

Family vaca

The only issue was having all guest checking in at 4 pm creates an extremely uncomfortable wait in elevator and one elevator was down our entire stay.We still truly enjoyed our vacation.
