Absolutely stunning 2 bedroom 2 bath at Treasure Island. KING BEDS BOTH ROOMS

The owner of this condo is an interior decorator. No expense has been spared on the furnishings.
Treasure Island Resort Condominium is on the quiet end of Thomas Drive in Panama City Beach near St. Andrews State Park and many great restaurants with-in walking distance!!! Each floor has 12 condos that is served by 4 Hi speed elevators. All quest have reserved covered parking in joining parking garage. This unit is professionally decorated and is a platinum rated accommodation--everything you could possibly need to share a wonderful family vacation.
In the Great Room you will find a sofa that makes into a queen size bed-- The TV is a large flat screen hanging on the wall. The patio doors that open to the Gulf!!! A fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to the Dining area over looking the gulf. The Master Bedroom has a king sized bed and faces the gulf with sliding glass doors to the balcony.
In the Master Bathroom you will have a large walk-in closet, private toilet and a Huge dual head shower.
The master bedroom has a 36 inch flat screen tv.
The 2nd bedroom has coordinated bed linens, furnishings, and bath accessories. A king sized bed is dressed with custom linens. Also has a flat screen tv.
A large utility room with a full size washer&dryer is also available for your convenience.
****High Speed internet included at no cost. ---bring your laptop.

The Treasure Island front office charges a $35 one time fee per condo upon arrival for parking passes and pool bands.
Treasure Island has implemented a new parking policy that affects extra vehicle parking. If you bring more than 2 vehicles, the resort now charges a $100 parking fee per extra vehicle where space is available. If you have questions about parking availability or this fee, please contact the resort directly.

Condo was very clean. I even said to my husband that I didn’t have sand on my feet from walking barefoot. That’s rare especially at the beach. Sand gets everywhere. Host was excellent. Communication was also excellent with fast replies and updates. The view from the balcony was perfect. Saw dolphins, rays, and manatees. Would definitely rent again. Thank you for hosting us!

The condo was amazing. Loved the way it was decorated and the beds were comfortable which I think is important for your stay. Convenient location to the places we like to eat at which is Schooners and Patches.

Best Place We’ve Stayed

We love this condo and would definitely rent it again. It was nicely decorated, very clean, comfortable beds. We loved the 17th floor balcony because of all the marine life we saw: manatees, dolphins, sting rays, sea turtle and other fish. Also love that it is at the quiet end of PCB.

Our stay at Treasure Island

We were thrilled with our stay at Treasure Island. The condo was perfect - so beautiful and everything we needed was there. We loved the location- walking distance to many great restaurants. This has now become our favorite place to stay. Each room has it's own parking place which was very appealing when you leave - you know your parking place is available when you return. We will return and loved this trip!

The condo is beautiful! We loved the decor and cleanliness! It was well stocked with supplies and towels. The bed was so comfortable! Parking with assigned spot was convenient. The only critiques: another lounger on the balcony would be nice, there was only one; lamps for reading in the main suite; perhaps bring a charging strip for phones, etc. We would definitely stay here again!!

Staycation

We live in Navarre and wanted a little staycation. This location was great! It was towards the end of Thomas Drive, so it was not crowded. We walked to Scooners and Newbys on the curve. The state park is close and we walked the beach to their pier. Location was great, comfy beds and they even let us have a late checkout when my work wanted me to be on a conference call at checkout time.

Great stay!

We loved the location and the fact that it was so close to the water. It had everything you could need. Only thing we didn’t love was that the bunks didn’t have a ladder so I wasn’t comfortable with my 5 year old sleeping on it because he had no way down without help! Overall, it was a great stay other than that.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: PCB never disappoints...My family always has a great time! The only thing that the rental slacked on is ppl pay Big cleaning fees and just about every dish we used had to be (not normal wash) but scrubbed before we used bc of left over food that was in them from many ppl before us.

Great view!

Saw a lot of dolphins and fish from the balcony. Beds were very comfortable and condo was very nice. Only thing I would suggest is that the master shower could use an update. The bigest problem was that we were there when a tornado hit and had no power for 2 days and then there was repairs and constrution ongoing after that that made the stay annoying. But none of that was the fault of the company we rented from. We also had very nice neighbors in the condo next to us.

Pictures don’t do it justice of how beautiful it is. With the huge balcony overlooking the most beautiful water and beach you’ve ever seen that even if I wanted to I couldn’t give constructive criticism. I ended up booking two extra nights just because it was so fantastic. We will DEFINITELY be looking forward to booking again. Again, I can’t recommend 1702 enough. The decor and layout makes you feel right at home. It has everything you need. Thank you for allowing us to rent it!

PCB Vacation with family 2024

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The room was great and very big for the amount of people we had. The bunk beds were great for the kids and they loved them. I do suggest some kind of ladder to get up and down from the top bunk. The room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The only problem we had was the battery fell out of the door and was loose and sometimes the push button to input the code would not work and then come back on. We had to get the downstairs office to let us in the room with a key one day because the battery was completely out of it on the inside of the room. We were told it was due to slamming the door, however the door had not been slammed and I know that because it is so heavy to even open there is no way it was slammed. Other than that happening I would still give this room and property a 5 star rating and would stay here again with my family.

Dirty Room

We have stayed in this exact room before. It was immaculate. Upon arriving this time, the sheets had not been changed because hair was all over them and the sheets were all wrinkled. It was very obvious. They made the bed without changing the sheets. There were finger nail clippings on the coffee table, The floor had not been swept or mopped. The shower was full of hair, Very obvious the shower hadn’t been cleaned. The upside is we called the office and someone came and cleaned the room. I’m good with it as long as they made it right, which they did. We absolutely love staying at Treasure Island. It is our favorite condo and we will return. Just very disappointed that the room was not cleaned. They had fresh towels and all the beds were made, but it was obvious they did as little as possible to make it look like the room had been cleaned

The kitchen was well equipped and the views from the balcony were amazing. There was a huge crack in the master bedroom shower wall, but the shower worked great with two shower heads. The complex was very quiet and clean. My only complaint is that we weren't even given a whole roll of paper towels or toilet paper so we had to get some to replace FAST. All in all, it was a great place to stay.
