All AQUA guests must be pre-registered  to receive Parking Permit(s). The registration fee is $50 per vehicle starting January 1, 2025. This fee is required by Aqua Condominium Resort and its COA. Max of 2 vehicles. This fee will include all amenities and parking pass(es).  This fee is in addition to the booking and details to obtain parking passes will be located on your Rental Agreement and Travel App after you book your reservation.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: It’s in the heart of everything. Within walking distance to Pier Park. The condominium was well maintained by the pools. The beach chairs were nice to have reserved everyday for us. Cons: Could use some updates to the furniture and washer. Couch was in bad shape, bedroom furniture was falling apart when you opened the doors. We had to leave our clothes in suitcases. Washer smelled awful. Parking was an additional fee of $50 per car that wasn’t included. You also had to print your parking permit prior to coming or receive another fee at the kiosk. That was inconvenient after driving 12 hours and coming in at night. All in all it was a decent place, but for the money I will probably stay elsewhere next time.

They have literally thought about everything! All cooking and even baking needs are there! We even had our beach chauffeur since we had a couple of disabled people in our group and the beach sand is not friendly to them. We all had a wonderful time!

Only thing I didn't enjoy was the master bed. It had dips in it so I had to find that one spot to stay in all night. The view of the ocean was very nice. Everything that we needed was close by. The pier park was just a 10 minute walk. What we liked most about this unit was the fact that beach chairs were included with our stay. We were at the beach all but one day. Melissa was an awesome host. She was quick at responding to me. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us.

Nice condo, clean and well kept

This condo was as the property description said and we enjoyed staying there. The condo was clean and well kept but missing a blow dryer in the hall bathroom and hangers in either closet. After reporting this to the property manager they did bring us both by the next day. We had a small hiccup with early check in but that was resolved shortly there after and we were able to get it early. Thanks again

The condo was very nice and had all the supplies needed to enjoy your trip. Extra chairs and noodles was a nice bonus in the master closet and the littles enjoy the bunk beds. Condo was up to date and styled very nice.

1704 was exactly like it shows in the pictures. Everything about our trip was great. I read some reviews about the condos and elevator waits and power outages. We experienced none of that. Parking was nice and easy, never waited longer than a minute or two on elevator. Place was clean, great view, nice cool AC for when inside. Would absolutely stay here again if in pcb.
