My family has the best time in this 3 room condo!! Gorgeous location and condo!! We had so much fun both inside and out of the condo!!! We have stayed at Aqua many times but this was by far the nicest place! We loved the beach chairs as well!!! We will use this again in the future!!

We stayed here for 12 days & it was amazing. It was close to everything! We only filled our gas tank once because we were able to walk everywhere! Pier park, Walmart, target, restaurants, things to do were all within a half mile of our location. We had great views from our balcony for the air show. The kitchen had everything we needed to be able to cook meals when we wanted to stay in.

The view from the condo to the beach is excellent. The description of luxury is misleading, the linens (towels, sheets, pillow cases) were stained and very low quality. The furniture was also very low quality and uncomfortable. The bed mattress needs to be replaced it sags in the middle and is uncomfortable and worn out. The refrigerator was not clean, the water filter needs to be replaced there is mold in the water line. The Keurig coffee machine is overdue for cleaning and descaling. The condo was not clean, lots of dust and sand on the floors. This could be a great place with fresh paint, all new furniture, mattresses, all new quality linens/ towels and sheets and adequate cleaning.

Trouble free and a fantastic property.

Have stayed at this property several times and have never been disappointed. Perfect location in PCB, spacious unit with all the amenities. The Aqua is always a good stay and this unit was perfect for our stay. We had some friends come down with us and they were very impressed with the unit and the views. Will definitely be coming back to this unit in the future. Warren Beach Rentals was great to deal with and made check in thru check out very easy.

Aqua 901 was amazing! Exactly as pictured and described. Plenty of bedding, towels, and kitchen items. Noise on the street side was a bit loud but as expected during spring break. Would absolutely stay here again!
