Immerse yourself in the captivating beauty of the beach from the comfort of this condo in the west tower. Experience the perfect blend of serenity and luxury as you soak in the breathtaking views from the 4th floor. (no elevator lines)
Calypso has two gorgeous pools the length of each tower and is located directly on the beach. You can take in the ocean while poolside or take the steps through the beautiful tropical landscape down to the beach.
Calypso Resort and Towers is conveniently located on the west end of Panama City Beach. It is adjacent to the famous fishing pier and directly across from Pier Park.
Pier Park houses restaurants, retail shops, a movie theater, an amphitheater, and a trolley system to get to everything!
There are many extras in this unit to accommodate your vacation needs. The kitchen provides all cooking utensils as well as appliances with granite countertops. There is a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. The balcony is the length of this unit, with access from the family room and the master.

Weekly rentals during summer months with Saturday check-in and check-out. There is a three-night minimum stay during other periods. The age requirement is 23 years old.

This condo is fantastic. The view from the balcony is unbelievable. Waking up every morning to that beach view was the highlight of the trip. The beach was beautiful, the water was crystal clear. The beach in front of the condo gets packed very early. People putting out chairs as early as 5 am. So we decided to walk a few yards down towards the pier and the beach was half as busy. The condo itself has really big rooms. Large living room and kitchen. Big bedrooms and bathrooms. Plenty of room for a family of 4. We had a minor issue with the refrigerator but Julie was quick to respond and handled it fast. Perfect location next to the elevator that only goes up to the 4th floor. Would definitely book again.

Great location!

Location couldn’t get any better! Directly on the beach and within walking distance to many things! Here are our pros and cons: Pros: -Location; 4th floor unit next to stairs and elevator that only services floors 1-4 -Balcony views are breathtaking -Size of unit -Comfortable beds and pillows -Lots of blankets -Beach accessories and games available -Tiki hut music (so fun!) -Chair service included Cons: -Needs updated listing w/pics- there is no desk and has a Murphy bed -Could use a really good cleaning. Lights were dusty and lots of sand and crumbs under the couch. Also found an empty beer can in one of the drawers. Otherwise, it was a clean unit. -Table chair broken/wobbly -No toilet paper upon arrival. (Thankfully we brought it with us because we really needed to go after the car ride and before we went to the store. 😉) -This is no fault of the owner or this particular unit, but we did not enjoy the way they set up the beach chairs. You are right on top or one another.

Fall Break

We had a great week despite some challenges Pros 1. This place is huge and the beach is gorgeous. 2. The location is great. You’re on the 4th floor so you get a separate elevator 3. The condo is fully stocked with utensils and even games for the kids. 4. The couch and the beds were super comfortable. Cons 1. There was a giant pee spot in the center of the sheets in the extra bedroom. The owner said there were extra sheets but we never found one that fit so we put a flat sheet on it. She also said “old sheets have stains”. No one wants to sleep in pee stained sheets. 2. The thermostat kept saying poor air quality which really freaked me out with my kids there. Host said it’s a program she signed up for and to open the doors and it will go away. It did improve sometimes but not always. I sent her a picture of the filter that was directly beside it because I thought that might be part of the problem (it was the filthiest filter I’ve ever seen) and she said that she’s on a maintenance plan and it’s been changed every 3 months. I can’t see how that was possible 3. The worst part was the fridge. It froze our food items solid. That includes milk for my 1 year old. It’s very hard to survive a week with frozen milk with a baby who drinks a ton of it. It also froze our produce and ruined it. I told the host and she said it was a new fridge. Obviously something was wrong but we were never even offered 5 bucks for our lost groceries 4. Our feet were immediately black from the floor

Wonderful condo! Everything was perfect. Also, it is on the 4th floor, and there is a semi-private elevator right outside the condo door that goes only to the 4th floor, saved tons of elevator time.We loved this place. Thank you Julie.

We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with all items needed to prepare meals. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious. The amenities included are amazing. The gym, pools and garage are all very clean. I highly recommend this property.

Amazing condo low floor great views

Extremely clean, awsun views of Gulf, right on the beach. Low 4th floor. We just had an amazing 9 days here. WE WILL BE BACK. The owner takes great pride in this condo as well as very pleasant to talk with.

Awesome place to stay, so so convenient, the elevator to this unit only goes to the 4th floor and the condo is the 1st one down the hall off the elevator. No elevator waiting or accidentally going up to the higher floors. Also the elevator is in the office/gift shop area which is air conditioned. Very nice when it’s super hot on the beach. Very clean and nicely decorated unit. It has beach chairs for the week that come with the rental. I didn’t realize this when I booked. When I come back to Panama will definitely try to stay in this unit again.
