17th floor, truly amazing condo available for rent - 1 bed/2 bathroom + bunkroom condo centrally located in PCB with private access to beach just footsteps away!

We are located on 17th floor with elevators conveniently located just steps away. Our condo is close to end unit so it is quiet and peaceful!
Pools are located on 1st, 4th and 10th floor. We have a total of 5 pools; the main pool has a tiki bar where you can order food and drinks! We have 2 hot tubs and a heated pool on the property as well as a mini golf course! On 1st floor you have access to stores on the property, candy shop, ice cream shop, hair/nail salon, taco bar, sandwich shop, shows, and all you can eat world famous 'Wharf Buffet'.

Our condo is centrally located at Laketown Wharf resort. It is a very spacious unit with 1,047 square feet of living space (Biggest floor plan for a 1 bedroom unit that comfortably sleeps 6-7 people in Panama City Beach)!
Our oversized balcony has views of the gorgeous lake and Panama City Beach! There are beach and skyline view of Panama City from the bedroom window and from the front door access. We also have nightly water shows with music that can be watched nightly from the balcony.

We are located in the heart of the city with lots of exciting things to do within walking distance. Across the street we have Walmart, Ripley's Believe It or Not and Upside down activity center. We're also minutes of driving to the zoo, golf courses, Pier Park and tons of mini golf courses. On the other side of the street is the popular Pineapple Willy's Restaurant with gorgeous views of Panama City's sunsets over the beach.

************IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PLEASE READ***********************************

Our condo comes with fully stock kitchen with coffee machine, pots, and pans, toaster, blender, toaster oven, etc. Full size washer and dryer. Smart TV in the living room and another TV in master bedroom. Living room TV has access to Netflix, Hulu and other streaming platforms.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: We have a king size bed in master bedroom (sleeps 2), bunk beds that sleep additional 2 guests, and a sofa in living room that can sleep an additional person. We also provide 2 folding cots that can sleep 2 additional people. This condo sleeps 6. If you are needing to sleep additional guests, you MUST notify owner or risk eviction.

RESORT FEE: There is a one time resort fee of $87 that is to be paid online. The resort fee covers parking, wristbands and use of all amenities at the resort. Please be mindful of this when checking in. When you book with us you will receive a rental agreement where you will see the link to log in and pay the resort fee.

ADDITIONAL ITEMS INCLUDED: Several beach chairs are available for your use.

***Pets: ONLY service animals or Emotional Support Animals are permitted per HOA rules. You must have paperwork for your pet in order for pet to be allowed onto the property.

***PLEASE NOTE OUR UNIT IS ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING (Violating this policy will affect your security deposit).

***Garage parking is available on the premises.

***You MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD TO RESERVE. ANYONE BETWEEN 18 AND 21 MESSAGE HOST TO BE ACCOMODATED AT OUR CONDO. ANYONE 21 AND UP MAY BOOK AUTOMATICALLY.

***Please note: Pool wristbands must be worn during your stay when on property grounds. Security does check for wristbands. Lost/damaged wristbands or lost/damaged parking passes can be replaced for $100 per item at the lobby.

***We provide: bed linens, bath towels, hand towels and washcloths. Toilet paper, paper towel, dishwasher detergent, travel size shampoo, conditioner and soap. Please note we are different than a hotel and don't have room service with extra towels or supplies.

***We do not provide BEACH TOWELS, so please bring your own, bath towels can not be removed from the unity at any time.

****If you need a pack n play please notify owner in advance so we accommodate it for your stay.

***We abide by our cancellation rules and understand that things in life come up unexpectedly. This is why we strongly encourage you to purchase an appropriate trip protection/cancellation coverage from insurance provider of your choice. We do not insure your trip. You have to rely on your own trip protection/cancellation insurance. We do not accept cancellations outside of cancellation period, nor do we allow re-scheduling trips to other dates.

***By booking the condo you understand and agree that owner does not hold any responsibility for any malfunction/closures on resort property. This includes repair or maintenance being performed to the pool, gym, jacuzzi, mini golf, elevators, etc. You therefore agree and understand that there are no refunds for such things.
