You're going to love our cozy townhouse for your trip to PCB! Our unique location on a canal with a south facing patio is perfect for when you want to lay out, read a book, BBQ, or enjoy mealtime. The beach, mini golf, tennis & pickleball courts as well as several pools are just a short walk. Parking right at our doorstep makes it super easy to unload and get around!

• Gulf Highlands Beach Resort (GHBR) is a gated family community
• 5-min. walk to the GHBR Beach House with an ocean view swimming pool, restrooms, & private beach access. Grab some delicious breakfast or lunch at the restaurant while visiting the beach!
• Terrific central location within the GHBR complex
• Stocked & well-equipped kitchen including Keurig K-Mini single serve, standard coffee maker, crock pot, blender, & toaster
• Private balcony with scenic canal view off master bedroom
• Relax in the patio lounge chairs or at the dining table soaking up some sun or fire up the charcoal grill if you enjoy grilling
• Master bedroom has king bed, master bath with walk in shower, 43" smart TV
• Guest bedroom has queen bed + twin over full bunk bed, 43" smart TV
• Guest bathroom has tub shower combination
• 1st floor living area has pull out queen sofa bed, half bath, 50" smart TV, games

• Bike the Beach (rental business) has a location in Gulf Highlands and rents golf carts, bikes, pickleball equipment, etc.
• In addition to bathroom towels, shower mats, and a kitchen hand towel, we also supply a starter kit containing the following:
-Small bottles of shampoo & conditioner, small bars of soap for each shower
-Toilet paper, 1 new roll in each bathroom
-Laundry detergent, 2 pods
-Paper towel, 1 new roll
-Dishwasher soap, 2 pods
-Kitchen trash can liners, 2 liners
-Kitchen wash cloth
-Sponge & scrubber pad
-Dawn dish soap

Consider purchasing travel insurance for unexpected last-minute emergencies or weather events preventing you from traveling.

• Check-in starting at 4pm and check-out by 10am. In the event of an unauthorized late check out where our cleaner has to wait, we will have to charge a $50 late check out fee.
• Two GHBR proxy cards will be provided, if not returned we will have to charge $15 each.
• Cleaning fee covers regular departure clean. Any excessive cleaning will result in an additional fee.
• No subletting, renter must be 25 years of age and must be present during the entire stay.
• No parties or events.
• Registered guests only & no unauthorized pets.
• No smoking.
• Report any damages immediately. Accidental damages shall be paid for by the guest.
• All trash should be bagged and tied and placed in the GHBR silver trash bins prior to checking out.
• All dishes and cookware should be washed, please do not leave dirty dishes.
• Parking is limited to the two assigned spaces in front of our home. If you wish to rent a golf cart, it must be parked in one the parking spaces. No boats, trailers, or commercial vehicles allowed.
• No fireworks.
• Community noise curfew is 11pm - 7am.
• For your safety and ours there are exterior security cameras with motion activated recording. No covering, altering, disabling, or tampering with the security cameras.
• If using a grill, it must be at least 10 feet from the building.
• Gulf Highlands Beach Resort rules also apply and can be found on their website.

This condo was perfect and just a short walk to the the beach. We had a group of 6 and there was so much space for everyone. All of the little details and extras were very much appreciated, especially all of the beach equipment. Would definitely recommend and plan to stay here again!

Wonderful Beach Getaway

Everything about the property and townhome were great! We loved that we could just walk to the beach and have a pool on beachside. We also left behind some items of value and we were immediately contacted by the owners asking for our address so they can ship it. It’s wonderful to see that there are still honest people. The place is great but the owners are just as great. This combo makes for a great experience!

If you thinking about booking book fast because the stay was every bit of amazing. I had one problem but allison and byran fixed it immediately. The beds were so comfortable quick walk to beach and love that i will be back. It was equipped with beach things ans games for the kids love it

Mother's Day Getaway

This was a perfect little spot for our stay! We had a baseball tournament and added an extra day for us to enjoy! It was central to all of our favorite spots, and an easy walk to the beach! We will plan to visit again! The owners were easy to contact ans everything was super clean and just as listed. ❤️

Condo was very clean and well appointed. Communication with the owner was fantastic. Location and amenities were great. An easy walk to the beach, folding beach wagon was included, but we had our own. Would definitely stay at this location and with this owner again. Very pleasant experience.

Lovely Townhouse

The home is lovely and the views are even better. But the floors were very dirty throughout and the dead cockroach in the living room was off-putting. The overall experience was pleasant.

Townhome was very nice. Everything one needs for the beach is there. My family had a wonderful time playing putt putt & we were glad to see that there was at least a small room with some work out equipment. Overall, this was a very pleasant stay.

Fun townhouse

We had a great time at this townhouse. The pictures and descriptions were accurate to the actual experience. The host was super easy to work with and responded quickly to any questions we may have had. We rented a golf cart which made getting around the complex super easy. Even without a golf cart the walk to the beach is really short.

Perfect Place!

This townhouse was perfect for my family of 4. The place was very clean and everything seemed brand new! The home was stocked with everything you could imagine you would need. The owners put a lot of thought and special touches into making sure they supplied everything their guests would need. Highly recommend! We would definitely stay here again!
