Begin your morning with a fresh cup of coffee while watching the sunrise from your private balcony. Our corner unit condo has LVP tile flooring throughout, a fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops, and a washer/dryer in the unit! Your balcony overlooks one of the lagoon pools with stunning 180* views of the Gulf and Pier Park. Sleeping accommodations include King bed in the Master, Queen Sofa Sleeper in the living area, and Twin hallway bunks. With floor to ceiling breathtaking window views, as well as your own private balcony, you never even have to leave your condo to experience the gorgeous turquoise water and white sandy beach.

*Cleanliness is a priority! We wash every blanket on every bed every time in between vacation rental guests. We take extra time to ensure everything is fresh and clean for your stay including using a laundry sanitizer, hot water, an antibacterial wash and dry cycle and professional grade detergent! *

Tidewater Beach Resort is located 1/4 mile west of Pier Park and will be the first building you see when driving from the airport.

*Tidewater Beach Resort charges a resort fee for 1-bedroom unit: $35 + tax + credit card fee. Total $39.59 and includes up to 2 parking passes and up to 6 wristbands. Wristbands required for all occupants over age 12. You must register online and pay for parking and wristbands for your stay. Registration information will be included in your check in info that will be emailed 7 days prior to your arrival date. Please be aware that Tidewater's parking garage has a clearance of 7 feet.

25% is due at the time of booking to confirm a reservation and block selected dates. The remaining balance is due at least 30 days prior to your stay or your reservation will be cancelled with no refund of any deposit. You must cancel at least 30 days in advance to receive a full refund.
