Deep Discounts while Regency Towers Updates - Gulf Front Ocean Condo

From October 1 to March 31 Regency Towers will be performing exterior concrete work on the front side of the premises and at all levels. This is your chance to get a deeply discounted rate but keep that same beach, same pool and same views on the Gulf. Construction noise, dirt and dust will be from 8am - 5pm randomly throughout the low season. Escape to coastal bliss in our 11th-floor beachfront condo at Regency Towers, where every detail exudes relaxation and comfort. Newly furnished and boasting brand-new appliances, this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom haven invites you to experience the ultimate Yelleville coastal vibe. One set of Beach Lounge Chairs & Umbrella is included! (March - October)

Regency Towers charges a one-time $40 fee per reservation for one parking permit and pool wristbands.

Primary Renter must be at least 25 years of age to rent!
