We stay at Pelican Walk whenever we visit the beach going on three years now and we like that it's on the beach, dog friendly, clean, quiet and relaxing. We also like being where the beach is not packed with so many vacationers.

Cinsidering the nightly rate and tge fact that it was on the beach, we werent expecting much. However, we were very pleasantly surprised. It was a beautiful and very clean condo. It was stocked with all the comforts of home. Dishes, cookware, etc. Available for use. The view was also awesome.

Last minute getaway

We booked last minute and it was everything it said it was. We had everything we needed just steps from the beach. The heated pool was great. The view was amazing!! Any questions were answered immediately. We will be back.

Perfect location

Great place. Look no further. We all felt safe. Just a flight of stairs and you’re at the door. You don’t have to wait on the elevator, unless you need it. Communication is fast and great. Check in easy. Will book again next year.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in this apartment in Panama City Beach .The apartment was clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The balcony offered views of the ocean, making it the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or watch the sunset. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a day at the beach. The location was ideal,in front of the beach, just go down and have your feet in the sand . The building itself was well-maintained, with great facilities like a pool and spa. This apartment is anyone for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Panama City Beach. I can’t wait to return!

We typically book with the same owners on a different site, but we will be shifting and hope to become regulars with Randy in the future. He was kind, professional and quick with responding. The condo was clean and spacious with a great view of the beach. Overall, met all expectations.

We travel with our pets and this unit was perfect. All tile floor (except in bedroom) relieved our concerns about possible pet accidents. The 2nd floor location is convenient to the stairs so no waiting for the elevator was required. And the view overlooking the pool out to the ocean definitely lowered our blood pressures.

Nice complex

The condo is spacious for a 1-bedroom, 2 bath. Elevator nearby. Carts avail for hauling suitcases and groceries. Beautiful view overlooking a pool and Gulf. Huge sandy beach. 2 assoc pickleball courts with people to play with and large dog area with bags, on the backside of the parking lot. Tons of restaurants nearby. Seafood heaven. Owner was easy and quick to respond to a few issues the first couple days. There isn’t a hand mixer or blender if needed., nor a large bowl or pot. I borrowed from a neighbor. Unit needs updating and maintenance but it was sufficient. We stayed 2 months.

This was our second time (or third) at Pelican Walk. One of the few properties in PCB that allows trailer parking and is pet friendly. Great views from the balcony. Our host was very easy to work with.
