  • The Summit condominiums. Amazing beach front condo with a balcony to enjoy beautiful views of the ocean and the outdoor pools! Newly renovated. Our condo is located on the fifth floor . Amenities include a spa with a sauna and a hot tub, gym, arcade room, outdoor pools with a tiki bar, basketball court, outdoor grill area, and private beach access. Enjoy beautiful sunsets from your own balcony or enjoy the live music by the pool on the weekends! There is a one time $27.00 fee for Parking and wrist bands to allow access to all building amenities.
