Overall it was all we needed for a nice family vacation. The location was great and complex with pools kept the kids entertained. The condo could use some updated especially the outside patio furniture. Condo management was very responsive.

Perfect little get away place!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Checking in was the worst. We went to one desk, there was a sign up that told us to go to another. We did. No one knew what to do there either. Told us to review our correspondence. I did and after calling the number that nice lady walked us through it all. The room itself was great! The facilities elevator situation was borderline a nightmare. Only one set of three elevators worked.... For 24 floors! The waits were long and hot. The ride up and down were just as miserable. Was chatting with one guy that told me three years ago when they came the elevators were the same way. So I don’t see that getting fixed anytime soon.
