Great condo for a great price.

Right on the water. Walked right out of the front of the building and onto the beach. The pools/hot tub were clean and easy to access. Loved that the condo building had pizza, ice cream and a bar right inside (with karaoke some nights).

This is a convenient place to stay with young kids bc you won’t have to drive much and there’s enough to do close by. The condo itself is fine. Don’t expect to watch at TV or anything bc the tvs are pre-smart tv which we felt kinda hindered our downtime but for the sake of location and convenience it’s a good little setup.

When we first walked into the condo we noticed a strong odor of weed, rooms were dusty, and sand in the floor and bathtub. We did let vacasa know that we had to clean-they still sent someone in to clean. Only 2 ppl could sit out on the balcony bc 2 of the chairs were broken (not a big deal). The facility had exciting activities going on every night, a cute game room and nice pools. A couple of the elevators were broken the whole stay, making it a little timely to catch it at times. Overall, it was a nice facility and we enjoyed our stay.

The Emerald Resort itself was clean. Kevin at the front door was very helpful with our luggage. The amenities at the resort were wonderful. With our room we got two parking passes. The Exercise room had plenty of equipment and room. It's a short walk to the beach. Close to restaurants and shopping.
