This snowbird-friendly retreat belongs to Calypso, a beachfront resort offering the best location on the beach and incredible on-site amenities, including a beachfront outdoor pool, easy beach access, and a fitness center.



    This retreat enjoys a prime location directly across from Pier Park and within walking distance of amazing restaurants, Russell-Fields Pier, and Gulf World Marine Park. Other great attractions nearby include M.B. Miller County Pier, Ripley's Believe It Or Not!, Conservation Park, Coconut Creek Family Fun Park, Pirate’s Island Adventure Golf, Zooworld Zoological Park, and Todd Herendeen Theatre.



    As you enter this air-conditioned condo, you will discover a completely remodeled interior offering a welcoming open floor plan. Spend your days lounging on the 27' Gulf-front balcony taking in the marvelous views of the beach and the ocean while sipping on your favorite beverage. The living area offers a wonderful spot to spread out comfortably and stream fun shows and movies on the smart TV with streaming and cable services. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials to prepare delicious beach snacks on the go and full-course meals for the crew, including a Keurig coffee maker and an adjacent wet bar. The spacious primary suite has a commanding view of the Gulf of Mexico, a TV, and an en suite bath. Additional perks include high-speed WiFi, cable TV in all bedrooms, and a washer/dryer.

    Guests may only use Tower 1 and Tower 2 amenities. There is a $60 parking/amenity fee that is charged for each vehicle up to 2 vehicle limit.

The property overall was ok. We had some issues when we arrived. The handle on the sliding glass door was broken. In the hall bathroom, the toilet would continuously run after being flushed, the sink was backing up, and the exhaust fan was not working properly. We sent a message upon arriving on Monday and someone came out Thursday afternoon. The pots and pans were in very bad condition. We only found one decent pot we could use. Thankfully we bring our own pan when we travel. Please consider replacing the items. Communication with the owner in regards to parking and check-in/checkout were great. The parking information for a second car was confusing, but it all worked out. Please consider allowing guests to purchase a second parking pass at the time of booking to eliminate some confusion. All of the codes provided worked upon arrival. We were able to get into the parking area and room earlier than check-in time. The weather was great, the water was beautiful, and the sunsets were gorgeous! The balcony gets full sun in the afternoon, but it's very nice in the mornings. Overall, we had a good time, but we probably would not stay in this particular unit again.
