Shores of Panama Construction Notice: Shores of Panama is undergoing a complete exterior stucco renovation beginning October 20, 2025 & ending by March 24, 2026. You will see construction equipment/personnel & some areas may be closed due to construction. To account for the inconvenience of any noise you may experience during the day due to this construction, we have discounted our rates. Condo 1102 is located on the 11th floor at Shores of Panama Resort, with a reserved parking spot located on the 11th floor. The age requirement to rent this condo is 21. There is an $75 registration fee on-site for parking passes and armbands, and a $100 Security Deposit HOLD.
**Note: There is no access for vehicles considered "oversized". The maximum height is 6 feet, 11 inches. Vehicles cannot exceed the normal length of 18 feet including hitches or any other attachments and a width of 8 feet, 6 inches.

Professionally managed by Azure-Properties, 'Land Shark" is a fully updated and beautifully decorated 1 Bedroom + Bunk, 2 bath condo in the Shores of Panama Resort. Walking in, the first thing you see is the amazing view. The kitchen is open to the living area, with bar seating, stainless steel appliances and is stocked with all the small appliances and utensils you could need. The open concept layout leads into the living room, where you will find comfortable seating for everyone in your group. The 9-foot ceilings and HUGE windows allow for tons of light and lead out to your private balcony. You can end your day watching the sunset and enjoying cocktails in the terrace chairs overlooking the sugar-white beach and azure-colored waters of the Gulf!

The Master Bedroom has a King bed. Your ensuite bathroom has a vanity with great lighting, and a shower/ tub combination. The Bunkroom has a twin/twin bunkbed, its own ensuite full bath, and a door separating it from the rest of the condo. Perfect for the kids! There is also free Wifi and a Washer and Dryer for your convenience.

Shores of Panama is a 23- story Gulf-front luxury resort located in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort features over 14,000 square feet of tropical pool space with a zero entry side that's great for kids, a large hot tub, 2 poolside Tiki bars, and a Charcoal Grill/Picnic area. Indoors you'll find a heated pool and hot tub, a modern fitness center with brand new equipment, a Donut/Coffee Shop in the Lobby and a large Banquet/Meeting Room available to rent. There are beachside activities and watersports as well as chair/ umbrella rentals on site.

Just steps away from everything you could need- Wal-Mart is just a few steps away across the street, and you are just moments away from Pier Park, Panama City's premier shopping and dining area. Pineapple Willy's Beachfront Bar is next door, and Ripley's Museum, Signal Hill Golf Course, mini-golf, and tons of restaurants are nearby. You will have a great time on your vacation, no matter where you go in PCB!

1) What type of coffee pot is in the condo?
This condo has both a regular coffee maker & a Keurig coffee pot.

2 ) Are beach chairs provided? Beach towels?
Yes. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels are provided inside the condo for guests to use. The resort also has a "Take a toy, Leave a toy" bin by the poolside beach access gate.
