Calypso is Panama City’s most luxurious resort featuring two 175-foot breathtaking pools located right on the beach (one heated seasonally). Soak up the sun poolside, enjoy a cool drink at the awesome Tiki Bar, or take just a few steps through the palms and you are on the beach, ready to soak up the relaxing sounds of the surf. This unit is located in the East tower, directly on the beachfront.
Our unit is freshly renovated with luxury accommodations for up to eight provided by a master suite overlooking the ocean with a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom, a king in the second bedroom, a private bunk room, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Enjoy a full size kitchen, laundry room with full size washer and dryer, wet bar, 9-foot ceilings, and granite counter tops. You will be able to enjoy 40 miles of coastline from a balcony that runs the length of the unit and can be accessed from the master bedroom and the living area. WiFi is available in our unit as well.
Calypso Resort and Towers is an awesome complex located next to the new City Pier, on the west end of the beach across from Pier Park. Pier Park brings a new level of shopping and entertainment to Panama City Beach and it boasts of approximately 150 stores and restaurants in an open-air setting and includes entertainment venues such as a park for summer concerts and annual festivals.

A major credit card (Visa, MC, Discover) is required for all unit rentals. We require a 50% non-refundable security deposit to hold your reservation. The balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival (along with a damage deposit). If it is a last minute reservation (less than 4 weeks away), the full amount must be paid at once with a credit card. We accept major credit cards (Visa, MC, Discover). There is a three-night minimum stay.
This is a non-smoking unit with NO pets allowed.
You must be 25 years of age to rent and we require proof of ID.
We rent Saturday to Saturday between the first week of June and last week of August.
This condo is managed by the personal owners of this condo. We enjoy the condo as our home away from home, and we want you to enjoy the condo as much as we do! We respond to all inquiries very promptly!

Great condo!

Perfect family vacation!

Great family getaway

Overall, we had a great time over the Fourth of July. The property was busy, but we always got a spot by the pool or on our reserved chairs. I was glad I brought some cleaning supplies because it needed some work when we arrived, but it was well stocked and fit our large group. Great price and great hosts to work with, I would stay again if ever in the area.

Another awesome stay at The Calypso!

We always stay at the calypso for its proximity to pier park and beautiful beach. Condo #1602 was perfect, beautiful and the kitchen was very well stocked. We do all of own cooking so this is important to us. Communication with the owners was super fast!

Condo was wonderful. Nicely decorated and spacious and clean. Great location to walk to Pier Park and quick access to beach. Loved sitting on balcony with Gulf of Mexico right in front of us. No issues at all.

Amazing!

We stayed in the condo for 4 nights and had an amazing time. The condo is conveniently located walking distance to pier park for shopping and restaurants. The view from the balcony of the ocean was amazing. The condo was very clean and made me feel like I was at home. Thank you Roper family for making our first trip to PCB amazing!

Amazing Beachfront condo!

Beautifully decorated and very well maintained condo. My husband and I have vacationed for many years with our two boys (now 19 and 16 years old) to PCB. This condo was the best we’ve stayed in so far! Owners were very easy to work with and responded to any questions I had very quickly. I highly recommend this beautiful condo for your stay. We had a great vacation with family & friends here.

Amazing

The location of this condo is perfect for a short walk to pier park for dinner and shopping. It has the best view of the pier and ocean. This condo was completely updated and fully stocked with everything we needed. The beds were all super comfortable as well. If I could give this condo 10 stars I would. We will definitely rent this unit again!

Great fall girls trip

What a perfect place for my mom, my daughter and I to enjoy a fall girls trip. The condo was so comfy and we enjoyed relaxing inside and out on the balcony. The owners were quick to respond when we couldn’t find an item and even said we could go and purchase it and they would refund our money! We didn’t choose to do this but the fact they were willing shows how wonderful they are! Will definitely be back again next year!

Very clean, perfect location!

This condo was perfect for our family of 5, our 15 yr old had her own room with a huge bed, our 10 yr old twins shared the bunk bed room & my husband and I shared the master with our own bathroom & balcony access. Condo was very clean & nicely decorated. Within walking distance to Pier Park. The only issue was with Calypso itself.. the stairs leading down to the beach were scorching hot. Be sure to keep shoes on the entire time. The stairs have metal and will burn the soles of your feet! Aside from that it was a perfect stay!

Family Vacation

This is the perfect spot for PCB vacation. Minutes from the beach, Pier Park, Walmart, and all the little shops. The host is very accommodating and always messages back quickly with any questions you may have. Would highly recommend!
