This beachfront condo is just perfect for your coastal getaway! The private balcony with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico is a wonderful spot for enjoying your morning coffee or taking in the evening sunsets. Prepare your meals in the well-equipped kitchen, or fire up one of the BBQ grills located just downstairs. Beach access allows you to spend countless hours on the sand, and enjoy a range of aquatic adventures!

Seasonal, complimentary beach chairs are included with this vacation rental. These will be available upon checking in with the lifeguard in front of the property. They are offered at Adventures at Sea, which is situated directly in front of the complex.

Things to Know
Guests must be 25 years or older. Those who are not must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
Parking passes and wristbands must be purchased at the HOA office on-site. Parking passes are $30 per pass (one max) and amenity wristbands are $6 per band (four max). Wristbands must be worn by everyone over the age of 12.
Two beach chairs and one beach umbrella are included at no charge during guest stay. Guest will need to see beach attendant to be provided these.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 11.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We enjoyed the stay. But there wasn’t any delivery menus so we can order out. And punching in the every time to come got tedious. Sometimes it work and other time had to repeat. Should have cards to swipe in and out. Would be much better.

We saw three roaches, would not let us check in early & the air stopped working the last night of our stay. Pest control did come spray, and we will not rent through vecasa again,Love the sunbird property & staff however.

Awwwwwesome views!!! 🏖

Took our 2yr old Grandson to beach for the first time and this unit had everything we needed for a quick getaway! No joke, the kitchen is a one butt kitchen 😆 but we prepared meals with no problem. Will stay again, thanks for hosting us!

There was constant construction on the 11th floor. The pool is not heated so it’s super cold and not enjoyable. I had no interactions with the workers except for checking in and the woman was extremely rude. Otherwise, the property was nice and I enjoyed my stay

Vacation stay

The condo was nice and for the majority, clean. I would seriously suggest looking into your cleaning crew. I really enjoyed the security, but had to buy an armband (HOA) required, but I did not see one person wearing theirs. So whats the purpose behind that expense? The code entry was nice, but the code was long to remember. Of course, this is my observation and maybe you guys can improve.

Construction Construction and more Construction

Terrible! Couldn’t acess my balcony due to the scaffolding . My door code and the gate code didn’t work consistently and as a result I had to call repeatedly to get in my room or the gate . This was very frustrating and the worst beach stay ever.

PCB fishing trip

Not having been in PCB in over 15 years , a lots has change and sadly the hurricane did and left some good damages, but it didn't stop us for enjoying our stay and beautiful view from our 11th floor ...the condo was nice and cozy , you can tell there were still doing repairs in it which didn't bother us much . Location was great...beach front and only fews minutes away from St Andrew's State Park... I actually tried fishing from all piers and Park and it was great and lots of fun!!! Only regret is that the beach was right in front of my room and I totally missed the opportunity to try surf fishing... but there is always a next time and I will surely be coming back to PCB...and hopefully get the same condo as well ...love the fact that parking was gated also...and again outstanding view of the beach!!!

Nice stay, balcony under construction

The place was a over all nice stay except for the balcony, i had no idea the balcony would be under construction along with half the hotel. I called vacasta and lady said if i was sweet she would contact the owner and property to see what could be done about this. No response back. Was highly upset about that. The tv in the bedroom also did not work.

Bad Listing

We arrived and the balcony was closed due to renovations and the pools were closed. There was no word of this on VrBo. At all. Half of the wall was painted. No curtains in the bedroom and over all just tiny. I would not recommend this to anyone as it sits. Luckily, Vacasa manager took care of us and got us moved to a much nicer condominium. Hats off to Andrew with Vacasa for fixing us up and getting us out of that condo.
