Unhygienic conditions

Unhygienic conditions include: filthy floors, humid ( temperature was stagnant at 78 degrees) but worst of all- cockaroaches. We contacted owner. Pest control came the next day. Still had daily roaches in every room. Contacted the owner the next day- she said she would send another round. They never went. Not sure she called. We were supposed to check out Saturday but left Friday. Couldn’t handle the roaches and filthyness another day. Contacted owner- she has yet to respond. Unacceptable!! Can you do something about it?
