Welcome to 'Splash', among the Top 15 new condominium resorts in all of Florida. Beautiful end unit located on the 19th floor, features 2 Master Suites with 2 full baths and a Bunk area. Spacious private 335 Sq. ft balcony is accessible from both masters and living room. The unit sleeps 8+. This condo's floor plan is 'Windsong' (1505 sq.ft) featuring 2 masters overlooking the sugar white sand beach and beautiful emerald green water of the gulf. This is the most sought after floor plan at splash!

The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops with large breakfast bar and all modern appliances. The unit also features washer/dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator with icemaker and microwave.

There are 3 TV's and 3 DVD players for everyone's enjoyment. Wifi is also provided in this unit.

Close to the new Pier Park shopping center which includes: Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville, Back Porch Seafood and Oyster House, Dick's Last Resort, Shoney's, Ron Jon Surf Shop, Target, JCPenney, and The Grand Theatre and much, much, more!
