$40 Resort/parking fee due at front desk upon check in for parking, pool, and beach access. One additional car pass is available for $15.

***NOTES: We can't guarantee internet/cable TV service since that is not within our control (but we have had no issues at all). Coffee and other consumable items are provided for up to 5 days - guests for longer stays will need to re-stock these items. Maximum of 7 guests.
***This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and security deposit. We know security deposits are annoying, so to make it easier on you we have 2 options that you can choose between:
Option 1: Damage Waiver ($45) - Have a worry-free stay with coverage for up to $3000 for accidental damage (spills, breaks, mishaps) with no surprise charges. Just relax and enjoy your stay. Coverage up to 10 nights, +$2/day for longer stays, and provided by a third-party insurance company.
Option 2: Security Deposit ($3,000) - Refundable temporary hold that releases after your stay.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it's a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
Your guest portal includes advertisements with third-party upgrades that you may want to enhance your stay. These upgrades are optional and include:
Early Check-in, if available: 1 hour $20, 2 hours $35, 3 hours $45, 4 hours $60. Less than 1 hour there is no charge, if available.
Late Check-out, if available: Noon check-out, $50.
