Includes FREE beach service 2 padded lounge chairs and large umbrella directly on the beach 3/1-10/20 (subject to beach conditions & weather permitting). A great bonus for our guests, it is up to a $40/day $240/week value. Just tell the person handing out the chair what unit you are staying in.

This condo was recently purchased in January of 2022. The new owners did a lot of work to it and bought a lot of new furniture it is in superb condition. It is a new listing and the good reviews will start coming in for sure.

This condo Sleeps 8 in 2 bedrooms King in the master & 2 Queen Size beds in the 2nd bedroom. Plus Queen Sofa Sleeper in the living room. You will enjoy the breath-taking sunsets from this beautifully decorated unit.

Each bedroom connects to a private full size bathroom.

From the kitchen, dining room and living room look directly out over the sugar white sand and emerald blue ocean water. The afternoon sun and gorgeous sunsets are breathtaking. You can see for miles down the beach in either direction or watch the action in the water.

Tidewater Beach Resort is one of the newest resorts and is directly gulf front, with 636 feet of gulf frontage. Tidewater Beach Resort is one of the most exclusive resorts on the Emerald Coast located directly on the world’s most beautiful beaches in the heart of Panama City Beach.

Great long weekend at the beach

What an awesome time we had at your condo!! From a smooth reservation and check in process to an easy check out process. The condo was as described in the listing and was clean and tidy when we arrived. Beds are comfy and kitchen had all we needed for our stay (we did not do any major cooking) Thanks for sharing you little piece of happiness with us.

Amazing Condo with Breathtaking Views

When we arrived the condo was extremely clean and updated. The location was extremely nice with tons of restaurants near by. It was very nice being provided with all cook wear and utensils. We were concerned with elevators before we arrived due to the reviews we read, but the resort has employees directing and controlling elevator traffic during peak times. The view was absolutely stunning and so peaceful. The property owner was very accommodating and responsive. If you’re second guessing this property, don’t, its 100% worth it. We will definitely be booking here annually.

Excellent Trip

We loved staying at this condo, there isn’t one negative thing to say…the beds we’re comfortable, everything including the floors were very clean.. the kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. Tidewater itself was very clean, friendly staff, the easiest check in we have ever had. We loved the location of this condo and size it’s very big…the past 14 years we’ve stayed at the Majestic in PCB so I didn’t know if I’d like the switch but we really did. We look forward to staying here again in the future. Thank you for such a wonderful time and for providing such an excellent condo.

Absolutely loved it!!

The master bath and closet really sold me. The staff was very nice. Only complaints were, There is no cable in the bedrooms. Which wasnt a huge deal for us. To use the hot water in the master shower you have to turn it on as if you were using the cold water. They said it was installed backwards. But it was very spacious and the beds were comfy. Bring extra blankets, beach towel and pillows as suggested because there isnt any extra. But I would 100% stay here again.

Elevators Are An Issue

This unit is on the 19th floor so taking the steps wasn’t happening. Our main complaint were the elevators. It could take up to 30 minutes to get on the elevator. The smoke alarm went off every time we used the oven which was daily. The location is awesome however there was road construction in front of the resort and you would get sprayed with tar particles while at the pool and very loud equipment. Not our best Florida visit. The kids had fun.

The washer could have been cleaner it had some black mold on the opening. The floors were cleaner than last year but still could have been better. The mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced it is not that comfortable. They did paint the condo and it really updated it. Comfortable enough. Wish I'd known it was 19th floor.. terrified of heights and struggled with that. Living room tv needs an update badly. Too blurry for phone to read a QR code. Floor was really dirty- bring house shoes. Great ceiling fan, great dining table. Kitchen was good but could use some new pans. Washer/dryer worked great. Appreciated that the room was ready early, which allowed us to avoid the 45 min wait for an elevator to unload our stuff. No enforcement of rules for the hot tub. It's a kiddy pool full of snacks and ice cream drinks. Watch your stuff-wallet was stolen. I know we're picky...we did enjoy the stay though.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Waking up every morning to a beautiful view of the gulf was amazing! The unit was lovely and fairly clean. Sofa bed was uncomfortable, but all other beds were great. We brought towels for the bath, beach towels, and blankets. We only needed beach towels . The beach chairs and umbrella were a wonderful plus for us, however; if you have extra family you have to get down to the beach before 6:00am and set up your things or there is no where to set up on either side of the chairs to keep family close. You can only set up beach chairs and beach blankets in the wet sand in front of the resorts chairs. Our family consists of only adults, so we made do. People with younger family members will have a more difficult time and they won’t let you have a beach blanket for children among the resort’s chairs. The resort itself had other issues that made our stay a bit unpleasant. The elevators most definitely created delays. Waiting 20-30 minutes to ride up or down 19 floors was a regular irritation. The entire week we were there, there were 2-3 elevators not in service. We crammed in like sardines when we could, but some people were very rude and would close the doors and yell “sorry” (when there was plenty of room for a few more people) just because they were mad about their wait. The ground level smelled like sewage every time we went down to go to the beach. They had fans running to dry things out, but it was unpleasant especially with the wait for the elevators. It was a shame because the unit was great, but I don’t think we will come back to stay here again.

It appears to be recently updated and we had all of the items needed to prepare breakfast/lunch. It was more spacious than it appeared on-line, so there was plenty of room for my husband & I, along with (2) teenage boys. I also love having a washer/dryer available in the room. There are plenty of dining/shopping/grocery options nearby and our boys enjoyed being within walking distance of the Pier/Pier Park. We only had a few complaints... The cable wouldn't work on any of the TV's when we first arrived. Maintenance was sent and brought new remotes the next day. Not a big deal, but my husband had missed most of the college football games, as we were driving down most of Saturday, and wanted to catch up on scores, etc. The dishwasher also wouldn't work. Maintenance again came, but were unable to repair. Again, not a big deal, but I had waited to run the dishwasher until it was full. It was an annoyance to have to hand wash A LOT of dishes that afternoon, especially being on vacation. Lastly, our floors left your feet completely black if walking barefoot. We all wore slippers if we were indoors. The property managers were super friendly and quickly responded to our issues. Our last issues were with the resort itself, which the homeowners don't control. Just be prepared for long waits at the elevators, and the complimentary beach service is overcrowded, at best. If you're not downstairs in line by 7:30-8am, don't expect a decent seat. You are also right on-top of your neighbors. Again, we can rectify this next year by bringing our own chairs and moving away from the crowds for a peaceful day.

It had everything we needed to cook and stay in to eat.....great appliances, washer and dryer. The only suggestion would be to get stouter chairs for the balcony. Hubs is a medium big guy and the plastic Adirondack chairs were a bit flimsy for him to sit in, anyone bigger would break them. Elevators were never a problem, never more than a one-minute wait. Perfect!!

Nice property

This was a very nice property. The condo was amazing! The facilities were nice and clean. The pools were great! The only thing that causes a few problems were the elevators. They were not air conditioned and the wait times were 15 plus minutes at best and 45 plus at the worst.
