You will not find a better view then this western corner 3 BDRM unit at Calypso Resort! Listen to the waves and sip a cocktail as you relax with these gorgeous ocean views from your private balcony, the living room, dining room, master bedroom and guest room! New furniture in 2020 adds a modern style while keeping with the relaxing vibe of Panama City Beach!

This unit comes with 2 sets of beach chairs and umbrella set up daily, in season (march 15- oct 31) 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas.

Welcome to Calypso's premiere rental unit, our 12th floor corner unit located in the prestigious Calypso resort, offers everything you might need for a wonderful vacation with family and friends. The Calypso property has 2 outdoor pools, a pool bar, BBQ and fitness center. Our corner unit comes with 2 sets of COMPLIMENTARY beach chairs, that's 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas right on the white sandy beach! After a day at the beach, you are only a 2 minute walk to Pier Park, the biggest outdoor shopping mall with many shops, restaurants, recreation activities, movie theatre, "wheel eye", and more…

Interior Living Area: The open concept living area features a living/dining area with over 30' of windows bathing you in sunlight and views from every angle of the beach, coastline, and pier park. There is plenty of seating with a couch, love seat and 2 oversized chairs. The gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances, and granite counters. Enjoy ocean views from the fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, icemaker, blender, Keurig coffee machine. A dining table and kitchen bar offer enough seating for your entire party. Every kitchen gadget you could want to prepare a small snack or a gourmet meal has been provided. In the living room is a large flat screen TV with cable and your personal streaming services available to download. Free Wifi! Enjoy your favorite songs from Spotify while enjoying the sunset. Condo also includes brand new washer and dryer.

Bedrooms: Inside the condo, you'll find 3 well-appointed bedrooms. Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, en suite bathroom, a wall of sliding glass doors, and an ocean view. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, a sunset view, and an en suite bathroom. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed and own bathroom. Two master suites have gorgeous gulf views, plasma TV's and all bedrooms have new comfy mattresses!

The 12th floor balcony is the perfect place to see for miles down the beach, or look far out onto the ocean to see dolphins, sea turtles, sting rays and other sea life often visiting our waters. Sit, relax and enjoy the spectacular sunrises, sunsets as you listen to the waves crashing in and smell the salt air! You will not find another Condo or view this perfect. Parking: handled through the Calypso Resort Parking, Effective January 10th 2025 cost is $60 per car per stay with a max of 2 vehicles. Fees are subject to change per the HOA.

We had our first annual couples trip and stayed at this property. It was perfect! Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom which was super nice! The space was super clean and close to everything! Beach and ocean view was amazing!!! Highly recommend!

Spent a wonderful week on the beach and loved the condo! We had plenty of room for the five of us, and having three bedrooms and bathrooms was very convenient. The unit was clean and comfortable. All amenities were as promised, including the beach chairs and umbrellas. And Can’t say enough about the views of the gulf!

The condo has great views. Bedding was very comfortable. Two families stayed together and there was ample room for all. The location is walkable. The close proximity to pier park is nice. Everything was great even had a few convos with management and employees and every one was amazing! We had a great time! The bartender at the tiki bar was super nice! The room was clean. Everything was nice and updated! Definitely would come back

Beautiful view with great accommodations

We had a girls weekend and with 5 women the size of this property was perfect. A spacious bathroom for each room was especially great. The views were absolutely amazing. The elevators can get a little backed up during peak arrival times but the wait was worth it. The four rental chairs and two umbrellas that came with the property were great (note they set them out at 9am and begin pick-up promptly at 4:45pm). We would highly recommend this property and hope to return soon!

Beautiful condo with an ocean view and quick walk to beach. 2 nice swimming pools with access to the Tiki Bar. Convenient location, very close to Pier Park so you don’t have to drive for food unless you want to. Walmart is just a few blocks away. We were fortunate and didn’t have to deal with the crowds. It was getting crowded as we were leaving, people coming for Labor Day weekend. I didn’t have to contact management because everything went smoothly. I did receive important information in a timely manner with instructions regarding parking garage passes, door code and instructions for checking out.

Amazing!! The condo itself was beautifully decorated and perfect for our family set up. The 3 bed 3 bath was very spacious. Not to mention with it being on the corner of the building giving extra windows overlooking the pier and ocean. We barely used our car because everything was in walking distance.
