Brand new LED TV in the living room. Both the living room and master bedroom have TVs. Enjoy free HIGH SPEED DELUXE WiFi—only a few units at Calypso offer this lightning-fast connection.

The 8th floor is ideal—high enough to enjoy the beach and shoreline views, while staying above street and pool noise. Relax on the balcony without worrying about mosquitoes or gnats.

With over 25 years of experience, we have thousands of happy guests returning year after year.

We manage the most units at Calypso and can accommodate large groups—perfect for ball teams or family gatherings.

VIP Beach Chair Service included from March through October.

Fully stocked kitchen with Keurig, blender, toaster, and everything needed to prepare home-cooked meals for you and your family.

Parking for this unit is limited to one space per Calypso HOA rules. Starting February 10, 2024, the parking charge is $60 per car per stay, managed directly by the HOA. Only one parking pass is allowed for this unit.

If you visit Panama City Beach and don’t stay at Calypso, you’ll be missing out—Pier Park offers world-class restaurants, theaters, and shopping right outside your door. Once you’re at Calypso, you won’t even need to use your car.

Calypso’s two huge gulf-front pools are legendary—offering the best views around.

We strongly encourage travel insurance during hurricane season (June through September).

Beautiful condo close to Pier Park

This condo is beautifully appointed and maintained. Clean. Light and bright. Easy walk to restaurants and activities. And, most of all, beautiful beach!

Perfect place!

We loved this condo. It was perfectly decorated and had everything we could possibly need to use. My son loved his bunk bed and the location is perfect. We walked to pier park, the pier , and shuckums from here. Everything was so clean when we arrived we could smell it. Will definitely stay here again.

Great Condo!!

This is a beautiful unit and delivers as described. The decor and upkeep was excellent and had all of the amenities that we needed for our stay. The details throughout the unit are done very well right down to the color coordinated shelf liners in the kitchen. The communication from the owners was excellent. The property is in great shape with a fresh coat of paint that makes Calypso look brand new. We will be back!!

In the Middle of the Action

The other set of Grandparents, two of our adult children, their Spouses & their children rented other units in the building for a Family Beach Week together. The purpose was to be Convenient to the Beach, the Pools, the Restaurants, and Family Activities. Too much to do even in a week. Other activities were a short drive away. We all left exhausted!! Great family time!

Sun Sand and sea

Very Cute, nice and clean condo, located on the 8th Floor West tower, balcony has a great view with the cutest and most comfortable outdoor furniture to hang out on the balcony. Kitchen is stocked with all you would need to make a meal or emerald hub is right across the street for a bite to eat. This condo also comes with chair service on the beach which is very convenient! We had a great week

Absolutely stunning!

We planned a girls trip for a few nights and stayed at Calypso! It was an amazing trip and would definitely book through Warren rental again! Communication was fantastic and quick! Everything was easy and not stressful for booking, arriving or departure! Our condo was clean and just beautiful! We all got the rest and relaxation needed plus many memories! Thank you so much for an amazing vacation and we can’t wait to come back again!

Outstanding, Simply Outstanding!

Totally enjoyed our stay starting with making reservations thru Warren Rentals until we departed. The condo unit was clean and everything was in good operating condition. Plenty of start-up supplies and food items. Offerings included several amenities to include convenient parking, on and off loading and temporary parking in front of the tower for luggage. Convenient store for making purchases one might need, great tiki bar and direct access to the beach. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping areas, and the jazz fest venue that we attended. I will be back April 2025 so hold my condo!

Wonderful week

My husband and I had a wonderful week at Calyso at Panama City Beach. The condo was a perfect location and the beach was beautiful, even as we watched from our condo during a thunderstorm! I would highly recommend Calypso!

Left early, bed & sofa were very uncomfortable

First let me say I have a bad back and require a good quality bed and sofa to lie or sleep on. The sofa provided very little support and was really bad for someone with back problems. The bed was OK for my wife, however I wasn’t able to sleep on it at all. I tried one of the bunk beds however they were way too short (I’m 6’3”) so there wasn’t a comfortable bed or sofa in the place for me to lie or sleep on. (I’m not able to sit in chairs) We left after 3 nights of NO sleep and had to forfeit the remaining 4 days of our vacation. The rental agency refused our request for a refund. The condo was nice however the sofa was terrible and I couldn’t sleep in the bed. We left and went to a Marriott, where I got a good night’s sleep b4 heading home 6 hrs away. The place had good ratings, however I would not recommend it to any of my family or friends.

Had to wash towels and bedding when I got there.

Very annoyed to find all the towels still in the tub when I arrived. Master bed was not made and one of the hallway bunks were not made. I washed the linens and made the bed. I also wax=shed all the towel. I have never checked into condo or house that wasn't clean in my 40+ years of coming to the gulf. We love staying at the Calypso when we come to PCB, due to the convenience to the pier and pier park. The condo was nice and would have like it had the room ben cleaned properly. I think the cleaning deposit should be at least refunded. I left a message and ask management to call me before I left any comments or ratings.
