We stayed here for our son’s graduation trip/vacation. We were very pleased with the condo! It was well furnished and clean. Communication with the property manager was as good. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Not a big deal, but we do recommend more dish towels as we were only able to locate one. Like I said, not a big deal but a suggestion. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and beautiful view. My main problem was the lack of basic supplies. I noticed that they only gave two dishwashing pods and we would be there for four total nights so I knew we would need additional pods. I called the number and left a message. While they did bring additional, the text message reply, “for future reference” was that they only supplied kitchen and bath amenities for the first 24 hours.....what?!?! So after the pods were delivered I realized that they only gave us two trash bags, and one extra role of toilet paper. So off to walmart I went to buy trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. I feel like those should be supplied with the rental. So it’s a great place to stay, but just know you might need to pack some extra supplies or just run to walmart and stock up when you get there. I would love it if the rental company would take the feedback and change this in the future.

Awesome condo, amazing views, beautifully decorated, and perfect for our family of 4. We were looking for a family friendly space, within walking distance to pier park. The beach was not as crowded as some properties we have stayed on and the checkin process was smooth. We don’t typically spend as much time in the condo, but between the condo and the less crowded beach area we found ourselves enjoying it more!

The unit we stayed in was absolutely beautiful with stunning views of sand and surf. The 3-bedroom condo at Aqua was a corner unit and had all of the accommodations that our family needed. All of the decorations, furniture, bedding, kitchen, storage, etc. were just perfect and the entire space was clean and fresh. The staff at Aqua were friendly and professional and we highly recommend Aqua to any family looking for a relaxing condo for both young and old!!

Highly recommend this property. It is extremely clean, the decor is fabulous (would describe it as modern/elegant beachy) and has one of the best stocked kitchens of any rental I have stayed in terms of quality. Quality linens/towels. Very well maintained property. Great view and balcony. I had read a lot of reviews about the elevators at Aqua not working but all were working during our stay.
