Please note that through March 2026, this property will be undergoing exterior painting, and the parking deck will also be under construction. The pool and onsite laundry facility will be closed until March 2026, and the beach access will be closed until February. Workers will be present, and guests can expect some construction noise and dust during this time.

You’ll find a full kitchen equipped with all appliances, cookware and utensils. Cook full-sized meals, your fresh catch or reheat those yummy restaurant leftovers from the nearby restaurants.

The charming full bathroom with shower/tub combo continues the beachy vibe. A large vanity with plenty of lights gets you ready in the morning. Fluffy towels and crisp linens are included for your convenience, while plenty of cabinet space offers room for your own toiletries.

Glad the beach was beautiful

Arrival was uneventful, our unit was worn but clean. It is showing wear in a number of areas and dated. No headboards, beds on wheels on a hard floor made it difficult to sit in bed to read or hang out since there were only two chairs . The pool was closed due to 1/3 of the building being renovated. We were never made aware that this would be occurring. The manager of our rental when contacted was short and unhelpful! I would be cautious in renting from Southern Management Group. I won’t again.
