Quiet, clean, great view, very uncrowded spot on the beach. Good spot on front beach road too with bars, restaurants, and shopping all within a few minute walk. Would 100% book again.

Great location! Very clean. Great kitchen. The only problem was that the mattress needs replacing. Killed my back, and I don’t ever have back problems. Southern VERY responsive !!!

Location is good and no complaints with the condo or condition of condo. I’d read a few negative comments prior to booking this unit but found none of the issues present. I think sometimes folks just have unrealistic expectations.

Condo was being renovated! I was informed the day before my arrival! I was on an upper floor, elevator not working! Room was very dirty, no linens, no nothing! Balcony had no railing!! Balcony furniture was inside room! All this was HAPPENNING and I was allowed to book it !😡

Major construction going on and was not informed. Elevators were inaccessible and we were on the 4th floor. Was guaranteed a parking spot, but majority of parking was not available because of construction. Had to park on the side of the road. Would not have booked here if I would have known this info.

Overall our stay was pleasant and our accommodations were good. One elevator was down, but they fixed it quickly. Didn't seem as if there would be enough parking, but there was as some was below grade. View was amazing. Condo was located convenient to everything we needed from attractions to shopping to restaurants. Pool was nice and warm. The only thing missing was that this condo unit didn't include the beach lounge chairs and umbrella as many of the other units do include in their stay - so that was $45 to rent for the day. Otherwise it was a very nice stay, and I'd stay there again.

Older motel but good place to stay.

Great location. Check in was a breeze. Had a couple small issues when we got to the room. Called down and they were taken care of immediately. Bed was comfortable. Room was good, Only thing in the kitchen I missed was a cheese grader. lol. Couch was comfortable for setting. Only thing uncomfortable about this particular room was the chairs on the balcony. They are the taller ones and were just not comfortable to set in. The ones on the property grounds down below are very similar but are very comfortable. They need to work on the shower. I think the handle was messed up. Hard to get a good temperature. Only other thing was the lack of outlets, so bring and extention cord or two. I would definitely stay again. Was in room 404. The overall grounds were good and easy to maneuver. Right on the beach. All rooms had balconies. Management were friendly and helpful as were any staff we encountered.

Don’t stay here!!

If I could give negative stars I would. The price is outrageous for the quality you get. They say check in is at 4, and they get in no hurry to let you check in sooner… even though there are 7 hours between check outs and check ins. There was no bedding whatsoever for the pull out sofa bed. We went and asked for blankets and bedding, and were told they only provide sheets. They REFUSED to give a blanket for the sofa bed, even though the room sleeps 4, and 4 people were listed on my rental agreement. I don’t know whether to blame the managers or the owner of the unit. The room is way too small for a bed, table and chairs, and sofa bed. They are stingy with towels. If you ask for extra towels, they might bring you ONE… when they feel like it. We also asked for an extra pillow and got it 2 days later. They come into your room whenever they feel like, which I don’t appreciate. They do not give you a “do not disturb” sign. The tv doesn’t work. If you like your hard earned money, do yourself a favor, and stay somewhere else.
