D104 is a beautifully appointed two-bedroom, two-bath condo with a spacious 1,050 sq. ft. floor plan that comfortably accommodates up to six guests. Fully furnished and thoughtfully designed, this condo offers all the comforts of home—plus the relaxation and magic of the beach just steps away.

Step into the open living area, where you’ll find cozy seating, a flat screen TV with cable & DVD player, and sliding glass doors that lead out to your private balcony, the perfect spot for your morning coffee or sunset cocktails.

The dining area features a table that seats six, perfect for shared meals or evening board games, and a breakfast bar with seating for two. The fully equipped kitchen comes with modern appliances and attractive cabinetry, making it easy to whip up anything from a quick snack to a full dinner.

The master bedroom is a peaceful retreat with a king-size bed, TV with cable, and a private en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The guest bedroom offers two full-size beds, with its own flat screen TV, and a second full bathroom featuring a walk-in shower.

Additional amenities include a washer/dryer, carpeted bedrooms and living area for added comfort, and tile flooring in the rest of the unit.
