🚗 Edgewater Resort HOA requires a separate amenity registration fee paid directly to the resort prior to arrival. This includes parking passes, wristbands, and access to resort amenities. Pricing is subject to change:

🧺 Your stay includes fresh linens, bath towels, in-unit washer & dryer, and a starter supply of essentials including paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, a dishwasher pod, a laundry detergent pod, and travel-size toiletries.
