Experience the ultimate view from this beachfront, corner condo featuring a furnished, wraparound balcony where you can bask in the warm, Florida sunshine all day, or catch some of those famous Panama City Beach sunsets. Inside, this spacious vacation rental boasts a well-equipped, full kitchen with upgraded cabinetry and appliances as well as a breakfast bar. Enjoy meals or play games together at the adjacent dining table. Or relax in your elegantly appointed, sunlit living area complete with a TV and DVD player. On-site, you will also enjoy access to shared pools, and a fitness center.

This condo, located on the beautiful Emerald Coast, is just steps from the surf and sand. Cruise along Thomas Drive to discover a number of popular restaurants and local shops. Book a trip over to Shell Island through one of several local marinas where you can also arrange tours to swim with the dolphins. The most visited state park in the state, St. Andrews State Park, is less than a mile away offering outdoor activities in a natural setting. You'll also find a number of family friendly attractions like Shipwreck Island Waterpark as well as all the shopping, dining, and entertainment options at Pier Park.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Lovely apartment, clean, spacious overlooking the beach

The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well equipped with an amazing view over the beach and beyond in both directions. The balcony wraps around the apartment so the view out the front is lovely too. We had one slightly problem the day we arrived, the toilet flooded through the apartment and it was difficult dealing with Vacasa or the plumber (not sure which) about getting it fixed. Anyway, after that was sorted, all was well. Would definately stay there again

Clean. There is no door on 3rd bedroom. Old decor, needs updates. Cheap furniture and appliances. I would expect better considering the location. Stains on bedroom carpet, walls are in rough shape with scuffs and dings. Balcony has fantastic view. Great patio furniture.

Great vacation but needs some addressing

Great layout and size condo. However, a few things need to be addressed in this condo. The guest bedroom does not have a lock on the balcony door and the ceiling fan will not work. The bunk bed room does not have a door and the closet lacks shelves/hanging pole for clothes. The kitchen is not stocked well. For a condo that sleeps 10+, we only had enough silverware for 4. Getting stuff out of the oven was pretty tricky considering it lacked pot holders as well. A good cleaning, maybe some paint and to replenish what’s missing and to fix what’s broken…it would be perfect!

This condo, for us, was top notch. We usually go to gulf shores every year to meet friends from texas but decided to come here and didnt NOT regret it!! The balcony wrapped all the way around, check in was amazing, unit was clean and we'll be hoping to book this exact condo in the future. Thanks Alison with Vacasa!!

This condo was okay. The floor was disgusting & it could definitely have been cleaner. We rented this 3 bedroom condo & they would only give us a parking pass for one car & the closest parking for our other vehicles was like 15 minutes away & 12 dollars a night. The bunk room does not have a door. It’s just open. Overall the stay was not horrible but a lot could be improved.

Don’t expect what the photos show

If you expect what the photos show you will be sadly let down. The rug that was once white is now almost black. The bedroom carpets are just nasty. The main shower door won’t close unless you slam it but it’s covered in mold. There are only three chairs on the enormous deck. So if you have a bunch of people seating is lacking. There is no handicap ramp so if you are disabled or plan to have a wagon don’t book this resort. If you just need a place to sleep it’s fine but don’t expect what these picture portray.

The resort is always good, can’t say anything negative. We’ve been going there for 10+ years. Unfortunately, this trip, unit 2001 was not up to the standards of the other units we’ve stayed in before. This unit needs a major freshening up. Disappointed to find only 2 chairs and a tray table on the deck for our party of 4. The decor is dated. The refrigerator kept kicking off the electric breaker. Will be guarded should we look to stay there again.

Views were breathtaking

The views with all the windows was breathtaking! We loved the wrap around balcony and roominess of this unit. It was great having two couches in the livingroom area. I’m already looking at dates to come back to this unit next year. Perfect unit for group of 8 people.

Perfect family vacay!

Wonderful location with lots of things to do very close. Parking was simple. Elevators were fast and we rarely waited for one. Unit 2001 was very clean and perfect for a large family. Can not beat the view!!!

Awesome View from 20th floor

Easy check-in and check-out. Nice and comfortable furnishings without all the fluff. Could use a little maintenance on fan lights and more lighting in eating area. Refrigerator is loud when compressor comes on. Affordable for this time of year. Enjoyed it very much!

Perfect location and view

The location and view of this condo is perfect. You can watch the sunrise over the bay, and sunset across the ocean. There was very little wait for elevators. Vacant was very quick to change oa couple of light bulbs. The unit furniture does need updated. Living room furniture very worn out and not comfortable. TV cabinets were too large and left very little room to walk, most gave handles missing. Living room ceiling light doesn't work, bedroom ceiling fan doesn't work. No where to put luggage, and no drawers to put clothes.
