PCB 12th Floor

Absolutely perfect location - ocean front balcony! Very comfortable condo with everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable and bunkbed was easy to use. Clean! Very nice furnishings. All appliances worked properly. Never a noise from neighbors. Perfect January get away for 10 days.

This property was exactly what we were wanting. The description and photos are accurate. The views are beautiful overlooking the ocean. The front overlooked the city life! Highly recommend this property.

Great time at the beach

We were only there for 1 night but it was perfect. Easy to get in and short walk to the very fast elevator. Short walk to the chairs and umbrella which were included in the price! Beautiful view from the room. We will definitely rent this one again!!

Exactly as described

The condo was great, barely had to leave the property. They have multiple pools and the zero entry pool was perfect for our 3 year old. There's plenty to do and can easily walk to the shops and restraunts. Would reccomend to anyone. Owners answered every question promptly and had no issues with checking in.

It was perfect! Clean condo with all the equipments we needed, steps from the beach. 10 minutes from the pier park. The only downside was a neighbor that was very noisy and waking us up at 2am but Karen (the owner) helped us with that. The chair service is a plus.

You can’t beat the view!

Incredible view! Close to shopping and many restaurants. The beach is right outside the beach exit door. The hosts let us use their resort beach chairs and umbrella. Comfortable bed. Salt, pepper, dishes, utensils, and baking wear are available. Oil and sugar would be a nice addition. Plenty of TP and PT for us (2). We never found beach towels, but we brought our own. Perhaps the checkout instructions meant the white bathroom towels used at the beach needed washed 🤔, and not regular beach towels. Or maybe they were in the cart full of beach toys and beach chairs. It could use some touch-up paint. It looks like someone used a crayon on the entry wall, but that didn't effect our enjoyment. The walk to the parking garage is a bit lengthy and confusing at this resort, but we knew that coming in since we have stayed at this resort twice before. Overall, it was a great place to stay with pretty much everything we needed and a killer view! We saw a group of about 100 sting rays go by, dolphins almost daily, and a giant Manta-ray from our deck. The water was very clear and perfectly warm! You can hear the ocean even up on the 15th floor. Fast elevator. It was great being able to have access to the resort beach chairs and umbrella daily. We enjoyed the beach that way even when it rained, and also from the private balcony. We saw the most spectacular sunset we have ever seen one night! So many colors! It's a gorgeous beach! You won't be disappointed!

We had a very nice stay at this condo. My only complaint would be that there seemed to be a little mold by the air vent in the living room then around the ceiling above the shower that needed some TLC. I’m sure this is probably difficult to take care of with back to back bookings and being in that moist environment. Owners responded back immediately and provided plenty of towels, blankets, sheets, detergents, sponges for dishes, etc. Overall, we had a great week and my 1 year old LOVED the pool with the sprinkler attachments across the street.

Great location

Great value! Plenty of towels! Beach chairs were a great plus. Communication with owner was quick. Elevators were fast. Just have to learn the layout when arriving from the garage. Follow the signs to get to the different elevators. Thanks!

AMAZING! This was our 2nd time staying with Dan and Karen. Everything was perfect and they were quick to respond with any questions. The condo was stocked, clean and had everything we needed. The view was gorgeous (we saw manatees, sharks, dolphins and fish-all from our balcony) and we had an awesome week! We can’t wait to stay with them again!

Everything was great. Once we walked in the door the room smelled and looked very clean. It’s just as pictured on the listing. We were provided with enough trash bags, laundry/dishwasher, toilet paper and shampoos/conditioners/soaps to accommodate our stay which was nice not having to buy. Communication with owner was a breeze, they were very quick to reply within minutes. Even tho I’m the type of person to leave a space like I found it, I really appreciated being asked to do the bare minimum during checkout rather than being expected to clean the condo while still paying a high cleaning fee like other rentals we’ve stayed at. My only complaint is a lot of the light bulbs weren’t working which made the space on the darker side once the sun went down but that’s an easy fix. We had a great time!

Nice location and Value for money

Nice location. It was on 15th floor and had a great view of the ocean. Beach chair service feature was nice to have. Rooms are good, the beds and furniture were comfortable. Communication with Karen was excellent, she tried to meet our needs when we had any. Elevators are a bit confusing at first to go to the parking which is on the other building across the street. It would be helpful to include those instructions as well.But over all a great place to stay and relax.

Perfect vacation condo!

The condo was extremely clean, up to date, well stocked, and comfortable! Our family of 5 had everything we needed and soo much more! The view was incredible! Club Wyndham is in a perfect location, has an impressive amount of amenities, is family friendly, and walkable by beach to great restaurants. Our favorite excursions were St Andrews State Park (soo much wildlife to see) and renting a pontoon boat that we took to Shell Island for snorkeling and shelling. I definitely recommend this condo for your PCB stay! We will be back!

Perfect stay for the week

We loved our stay here ! It was perfect for us . Close to nice restaurants and stuff nearby for kids . Great pool area . They thought of everything between all the start up such as toilet paper , paper towels , dishwasher cleaner , washing detergent , coffee and wagaon full of stuff for the beach . We would definetly stay here again !

Christmas weekend getaway

Had a short stay for a weekend after Christmas with family. Everything was nice as far as amenities, dealing with host, location, etc.The only negative was unit could use a little updating and deeper cleaning.

Relaxing Vacation

Such a great condo in a handy location. Pool was nice and heated. Condo was fully equipped with everything we needed and included a bunch of supplies for the beach. Communication with owner was timely.
