Do NOT rent this unit! Even at $50.00 per night.
1. The 21 yr. Old, blackened grimy carpet was stained and worn.
2. The original blackout curtains were stupidly difficult to open. And weren't even connected to the hangers in places.
3. The mismatched furniture looked like they'd been picked up cheap at yard and estate sales.
4. No hot water in kitchen. Thus all silverware had old food stuck to it.
5. Main Bedroom had no bedside tables. The Carpet was filthy in there also. Bathroom had chipped paint. The useless platform the lousy mattress sat on was too big for the room and was the perfect height to colide with your shins.
6. Toilets did not flush all the way. The guest bathroom's tub was chipped and stained. The floor was gritty from previously sandy feet.
7. The lighting in the whole place was barely brighter than candle lite...and definately NOT romantic.
Too many more things to comment on.
This was, by far, the worst maintained condo we've ever experienced. Yet they charge the same as larger and newer places close by.
That said, the terrace gave the usual amazing view of the beautiful Gulf.
So Avoid this, Emerald Usle Resort" unless you plan on living n the units terrace your entire stay.
