New Years get away!!

The property was exactly as it shows on VRBO! It was perfect for our family trip! The temperature was in the 70s so you couldnt have asked for a better New Year celebration!! Willbe back in the summer, thank you for a great time!!

Glorious week in Panama City Beach

It was way too short lived. We had the best weather, we took part in several activities around the area, used the beach chairs, balcony and grill. Great views of the ocean from the deck and it worked well for all our needs. Only thing that needed fixing is the toilets, they whistled after flushing for several minutes and the other clunked after flushing. Would definitely recommend.

Condo had pretty everything you needed for a week long stay. Would recommend a new couch and recliner though. Beds were comfortable, deck was huge and furniture on deck was excellent.

Great place for a beach vacation

This was a very nice condo, very spacious and the two queen beds in the 2nd bedroom was great. That allowed my parents to join us for part of the vacation. Overall great property, we highly suggest checking it out.

Good Times With Family

This most recent stay was our 4th time visiting Emerald Isle in PCB. We always enjoy our stay there as the condo is always beautifully decorated and very clean. We love being right on the beach and also having access to two swimming pools and a hot tub/sauna mere steps from our room!

November vacation

We had a fantastic time! I've rented different condos in Emerald Isle and this is one of my favorites! Renovated master bath, tons of towels, nice patio furniture and the master bed was the best I've ever slept in! 2 negatives was the dirty sofa cover and mat leading to the patio, but this is minor compared to the positives. We hope to visit again! Thank you!

Great Stay

The property is located right on the beach and we really enjoyed it. It's a good size space and comfortable for a few days stay. If I could change something, I'd like to see more water pressure while taking a shower. A fairly minor thing, though, in the whole scheme of things.

Very nice property

Entire resort very clean. Condo was comfortable and clean. Very well equipped kitchen. Just beware there are no ingredients there not even salt and pepper! Guess this is because of Covid! Beach chair attendants very friendly and helpful! Overall a great place to stay. Will definitely consider this one if we go back.

Girls trip getaway

Very nice condo. Loved all of the decorations and wall hangings. Very nice outdoor furniture on the balcony. Plenty of hot water for 4 women. Super nice staff. Great location. Parking was easy. Elevators super fast. It would have been nice to have the parking permit and wristbands in the room upon arrival so we didnt have to hunt down the staff. We would definitely go back.

Welcome Hurricane Helen

We were at the property just as Hurricane Helene hit. It was pretty much a non-event in PCB but a lot of businesses closed up in anticipation of the storm. Emerald Isle is a great place and we enjoyed our stay and have stayed there many times. This unit was clean but could use a little updating. The covers over the furniture were not great. It also needs a table on the baloney for 4 people to sit and eat. Overall, a nice place right on the beach!

Furniture & Bedding needs replaced, Kitchen good, bathrooms good, balcony great, location great, security staff were not very friendly to all guest at the pools, every time you looked up they were giving people some grief about one thing or another, pools were kind of cold and the hot tub seemed way too hot. building was clean and nice looking, Mike's across the street was great!

ECDI | Emerald Isle is always a great choice! This was our third time staying in one of their condos (4th time at the resort) and it's just as the pictures shows. Everything was clean and ready for us earlier than normal check in time. The staff is very helpful and they have pride in keeping the resort nice for everyone. The only thing we would suggest is to look into getting new shower heads for both bathrooms. There might be sediment build up that kept them from functioning to their fullest. We would stay here again and are looking forward to next year's anniversary trip!

Excellent Vacation

First off the unit (703) was everything we could’ve asked for. I’ve stayed at 5 star hotels at other locations and paid a lot more money for a particular hotel at PCB that weren’t as nice as this unit. Does it have some minimally worn furniture or stuff, yes but it’s a rental. But for a rental it’s still better than places as I stated above. We used just about everything in the condo and it all worked. Washer/dryer was a must and worked. View and balcony furniture was used every night by us. Dalton on the beach set us up every morning in the front row and was always nice. Security personnel were always nice and assisting us with answering questions or helping open a gate. Checking in was easy and parking was never an issue. We would definitely stay again. Thanks

Great place to stay away from crowds

We’ve stayed at this resort multiple years and always come back. This particular condo could use some updating, but overall was what we expected. Like most condos, it could use a deep cleaning. We wouldn’t have normally noticed, but a phone was dropped behind a bed and when we went to get it there was some trash under the bed. I get that’s probably not a place that’s cleaned commonly. Also it wasn’t an issue enough for us to call management about. We actually had no interaction with management during this stay. Everything worked and we were pleased with the outdoor furniture. Beds were comfy. As for the checkin process… it’s a little weird that your check in time is 4pm, but the office closes at 3pm. So we weren’t able to get our parking passes or armbands until later. It didn’t cause any problems, just odd to me that the office and the check in times don’t sync.

We were able to turn it on, but I've never had that happen before in any rental.2nd - There was no hair dryer. In all the condo's I have stayed in over the past 20 years, I have never been in a condo that did not provide at least 1 hair dryer. I bought one and left it there in the guest bath. Hopefully it will stay.3rd - the door to the laundry would not close. My brother was able to get it back on track.4th - the couch and recliner covers did not fit well.5th - The TV in the guest bedroom is on top of a chest that you could not see unless you turned the chest, then you could not open the closet door. Consider changing the set up in that room. I have stayed in several units at Emerald and the 2 beds were up against the far wall as you come in this room.But with all that said, we spend most of the time on the balcomy and we loved the chairs and set up. The outside rugs are great but could be a trip hazard. You might consider tacking down the corners.thank you.

I loved having the balcony off of our bedroom as well and waking up to the sound of the waves. We were on the 7th floor and it only took a minute to get to the beach. We never had to wait for an elevator. The beach was clean and it was really nice having the reserved umbrella and chairs. I would recommend this condo to anyone!
