Your condo has been revamped with all NEW stainless steel appliances, NEW paint on the walls & kitchen cabinets, and NEW 50” flat screen smart tv & dvd player in Living Room. Plus you have your own NEW Washer & Dryer right inside your unit!

Perched on the Top Floor, this Corner Unit is located in The Village’s closest building to Rosemary Beach. So be just steps away from shops and restaurants in Seacrest AND Rosemary! Plus, the top floor means you won’t hear loud footsteps above and you’ll only border one neighbor as a corner unit.

The Seasonal Tram usually runs every 15-20 mins. Bike Rentals are located downstairs, ready for you to explore 30A, including its 18-Mile Nature Trail. Or simply spend the day at the newly renovated Resort-Style Lap Pool, Kids Splash Pad, Hot Tub, and Pergola-Lined Courtyard with Gas Grills, which are conveniently just a few yards away, but far enough from hearing the sounds of laughter and fun being had by others. In the mood to shop? Explore boutiques below on the first floor, while being only a short walk away from those in Rosemary and Alys Beach. Amazing Location!

The condo is actually nicer than the pictures show! We were completely satisfied. The location is great. Easy walk to Rosemary restaurants & Alys Beach. The tram to get to the beach was easy to use and the pool was awesome! We would stay here again!

Family Stay April 15-20

We had the best time in this condo! The location is unbeatable, and my toddler LOVED dancing in the courtyard every night. The beach walk is easily done, with a nice path the entire way, and we were literal steps away from Rosemary Beach. We can't wait to visit again!

We had a great time. The place was spotless with lots of extras for the beach which was helpful. Excellent location in the middle of it all, easily walkable (or bike) to Rosemary and Alys Beach restaurants and shopping.

Amazing place to stay!

This is our second time staying at this place. It has everything you need and the location is perfect. Close to everything, great shops and restaurants below. The pool is always so nice and the amenities are great. We will definitely be staying here again soon!

Incredible Stay and Spot!

We highly enjoyed our stay here! Access to all of the amenities and everything you need is a short walk away. The tram was awesome getting to and from Seacrest beach! Condo was very spacious and clean! Beds were extremely comfortable. Beach chairs and umbrellas were a life saver. Below condo is an awesome grocery store with eventing you could need. Quick walk to Rosemary. Numerous places to eat within the complex and all were amazing! Hosts were great and very responsive. We can’t wait to come back! Thanks again.
