This beautifully decorated beachfront studio offers plenty of space for up to 4 guests to enjoy your Panama City Beach getaway! This unit boasts 2 Queen sized beds, a table for four and additional seating to sit back and enjoy the amazing views. The kitchenette is fully equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, dishware, flatware, cooking essentials, coffee pot, the basic necessities!

Top of the Gulf's amenities include a large main pool, kiddie pool, snack bar area (seasonal), charcoal grills, sundeck w/ lounge chairs, community outdoor showers, outdoor dining area, game room, fitness center and shuffleboard/cornhole court.

Important Notes:
- Parking: There is an additional one-time Resort Fee of $30 (subject to change) to be paid upon arrival that includes 1 Parking Pass. This fee is in addition to the reservation fee and is paid directly to the resort. Max 1 vehicle per HOA restrictions.
- There are shared, coin-operated laundry facilities on every even-numbered floor.
- Smoking and Pets are NOT allowed in this unit.
- Age requirement: All guests must be accompanied by someone 21 years of age or older who is staying in the unit.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- Wristbands are required to be worn by the pool area and left behind at departure. There is a $50 charge for a lost or damaged wristband.
- We only provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.

I brought my wife and kids down for a week and we had a great time. The place was right on the beach and clean and it was a great bargain. When we go back down we will definitely be staying there again.

Perfect for family with small kids

This was perfect for our family of 3. Convenient location and wasn’t too busy. The only complaint I had was that you have to keep the air on 70, and we like to freeze when we sleep but other than that it was great!

We loved this place!

We had an amazing vacation. It’s hard to afford a vacation when you’re a single mother with too many bills, but this place wasn’t bad at all. Everything was in convenient walking distance to it. We loved the game room and gym, and we’d love to go back!!!

Just what we needed for the family!

The property was nice, clean and acceptable for a family of 4. There were many other families which made the stay more fun for the kids, as they had friends to play with on the beach AND in the pool! Great location and close to everything PCB has to offer without the craziness of the nightlife. Thank you for a fantastic vacation!

Spring Break

Condo is as described in listing. Great price for a week stay. Booked the room for 3 and ended up being 4 of us. We made it work with one bathroom. Only downside is the tub drained slowly. I didn’t bother calling the property manager. Bring beach towels and plan to wash linens for bathroom and kitchen if staying more than 3 days. Loved that they had beach chairs available to use!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time over a long weekend stay. Great location! Easy walk to the beach. Great pool. Even had beach toys in the unit. The reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the room was clean, but definitely not exceptionally clean. The floor was "sticky" and the light fixture over the table had spider webs and dirt all over it. The tub did not drain. The maintenance staff responded quickly to our call and came to unclog the drain. It worked much better, but still didn't drain well. The staff onsite were very nice and the check-in and check-out processes were a breeze! We would stay there again, but there were just a few little things that weren't "5-star" in our minds.
